Questa abitazione è l’ideale per chi voglia estraniarsi dal caos tipico delle città di mare.
“Il Muschio”, immerso in un ampio giardino terrazzato dove si trovano Sughere ed altre piante tipiche della macchia mediterranea, offre una bella vista sulla riserva naturale della Diaccia Botrona e sulla pineta di Castiglione della Pescaia.
Dalla strada, per mezzo di 4 rampe di scale che attraversano il giardino terrazzato si accede ad un vialetto che conduce all’abitazione. La rampa di scale che dal vialetto sale ulteriormente conduce alla casa del proprietario, ubicata sopra alla vostra.
Un ampio porticato, in cui si trovano anche due sughere, offre la possibilità di magiare comodamente all’aperto in tutte le stagioni.
L’abitazione ha due ingressi: uno dal cucinotto e l’altro dal soggiorno. Il cucinotto dispone di fornelli a gas e forno; per motivi di spazio il frigorifero con il congelatore si trovano in soggiorno.
Dal cucinotto si entra nel soggiorno dove vi sono due divani-letto singoli, tavolo e sedie in legno e la porta finestra attraverso cui si accede al porticato.
Dal soggiorno si passa al reparto notte dove vi è una piccola camera matrimoniale con armadio ed un bagno con doccia. La doccia è “a fisarmonica”: i due lati che la compongono possono essere lasciati chiusi per avere più spazio in bagno oppure, se allungati, si avvolgeranno intorno a voi come una vera doccia.
In casa ci sono anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie.
Questo appartamento è ideale per due-tre adulti oppure per 2 adulti con 2 bambini. Cani e bambini sono ben accetti ma a due condizioni:

Sulla strada, poco prima del cancello di accesso, c’è un doppio posto auto: ricordate di lasciare sempre un posto anche per il proprietario…..

IL MUSCHIO This house is ideal for people who want to get away from the typical noise of a sea side resort.
“Il Muschio”, immersed in a large terrace garden where there are cork oaks and other typical plants of the Mediterranean scrub, has a beautiful view over the natural reserve of Diaccia Botrona and over Castiglione della Pescaia’s pinewood.
From the road, by walking up  four flights of stairs which zigzag across the terrace garden, you get to a path that leads to the house. The last flight of stairs, which goes further uphill from the path, leads to the owner’s house which is above your house.
A large porch, where there are also two cork oaks, gives you the opportunity to have meals outside all the year round.
The house has two entrances: one from the kitchenette and one from the living room. The kitchenette has a gas stove with an oven. As the room is small, the fridge, with a freezer, is in the living room.
From the kitchenette you can go into the living room, where there are two single sofa beds, a wooden table with chairs and a French window which opens into the porch.
From the living you  get to the night area, where you can find a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom with   an accordion door shower. The two sides of this kind of shower can be left closed so as to have more space in the bathroom. When open, they will look like a real shower.
There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher in the house.
“Il Muschio” is ideal for 2-3 adults or for two adults with 2 children. Children and dogs are welcome but :

1. the garden is terraced and has no fences to protect children and dogs;
2. the owners often spend the week end in their house which is over yours and, as there is only one gate and one flight of stairs leading to both houses, a dog might prevent the owners from getting into their house;
3. animals cannot be left alone inside.

On the road, just before you get to the entrance gate, there is a double parking lot. Remember to leave a parking lot also to the owners….

 IL MUSCHIO Dies ist die ideale Wohnung für diejenigen, die vom typischen Chaos der Badeorte entfernt sein möchten. „Il Muschio“ liegt eingebettet in einen weiten terrassierten Garten mit Korkeichen und andere Macchiapflanzen und bietet einen schönen Blick über das Naturreservat von Diaccia Botrona und über den Pinienwald von Castiglione della Pescaia.
Von der Straße, über 4 Treppen, die den terrassierten Garten durchqueren, kommt man zum Weg der zur Wohnung führt. Die nächste Treppe führt zu der Wohnung des Besitzers. Eine weite überdachte Terrasse mit zwei Korkeichen bietet die Möglichkeit bei jeder Jahreszeit draußen zu essen. Man kann in die Wohnung durch die Fenstertür der Kochecke oder über die des Wohnzimmers gelangen. Die Kochecke hat einen Gasherd und einen Ofen; wegen Platzmangel befindet sich der Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach im Wohnzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich noch zwei Einzelbettsofas und ein Tisch mit vier Holzstühlen.
Von Wohnzimmer aus kommt man in das Schlafbereich mit einem kleinen Doppelbettzimmer mit Schrank und Bad mit Dusche. Die Duschekabine ist zusammenfaltbar um mehr Platz im Bad zu schaffen.
Diese Wohnung ist ideal für 2-3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Kinder und Hunde sind willkommen, allerdings mit einigen  Bedingungen:
