Questo casale completamente in pietra è ubicato a circa 17 km dal paese di Paganico, a 20 km da Montalcino ed a circa 12 km da Castel del Piano.
Si compone di due case indipendenti con uso piscina (6x14x1,5m) che vengono affittati come un’unica grande abitazione durante il periodo di Alta Stagione e che, invece, possono essere affittati separatamente nelle altre stagioni.
Il casale “Piccolo” (6 pers.) si compone di un ampio porticato, soggiorno con zona Tv, divano, camino tavolo con sedie, cucina componibile e 3 camere con letti matrimoniali tutte con un proprio bagno con doccia.
Il casale “Grande” (10 pers.) dispone di un grande porticato. Al piano terra troviamo la cucina ed il salone dove i proprietari possono organizzare cene per i loro ospiti. Al primo piano si trova la seconda casa composta da una grande cucina, un grande salone con zona Tv, divani ed un grande tavolo con sedie e quattro camere con letti matrimoniali con ciascuna all’interno il proprio bagno con doccia. In 2 delle quattro camere vi è anche un letto singolo.
I proprietari producono olio e vino ed allevano ovini (la stalla non è molto lontana dal casale “Piccolo”).

LA FATTORIA This stone farmhouse is about 17 km from the small town of Paganico, 20 km from Montalcino and about 12 km from Castel del Piano.
It is divided into two independent houses with a swimming pool (6 x 14 x 1.5) which are let as one large home during the High Season. In the other periods of the year, they can be rented separately.
The building called “Piccolo” (6 people) has a large portico, a living room with a TV area, a sofa, a fireplace, a table with chairs, a built-in kitchen and three en suite ( with showers) double bedrooms.
The building called “Grande” (10 people) has a large portico too. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the large living room, where the owners sometimes have big dinners for their guests. On the first floor there is the second flat which has a large kitchen, a large living room with a TV area, sofas and a large table with chairs. There are also 4 en suite (with showers) double bedrooms. Two of the four bedrooms have also a single bed.
The owners produce olive oil and wine (the cowshed is not very far from the “Piccolo” building.

 LA FATTORIA Dieses wunderschöne Steinhaus liegt ca. 17 km von Paganico, 20 km von Montalcino und ca. 12 km von Castel del Piano entfernt.
Es sind zwei in sich unabhängige Häuser mit einem Schwimmbad (6x14x1.5m), die während der Hochsaison als Ganzes und sonst auch separat vermietet werden.
Das kleine "Piccolo" Haus  (6 Personen) hat einen weiten Bogengang, einen Aufenthaltsraum mit TV, Sofa, ein Kamin mit Esstisch und Stühlen, einer Küche und drei Doppelschlafzimmer, jedes mit eigener Dusche.
Das grosse "Grande" Haus (10 Personen) hat ebenfalls einen weiten Bogengang.
Im Parterre befindet sich die Küche und ein Aufenthaltsraum, der auch als Esszimmer genützt werden kann. Im ersten Stock finden Sie eine grosse Küche, einen weiten Aufenthaltsraum mit TV, Sofas und einen grossen Tisch mit Stühlen, vier Doppelschlafzimmer, jedes mit eigener Dusche. In zwei der genannten Zimmer befindet sich zusätzlich auch ein Einzelbett.
Die Besitzer stellen Wein und Oel her und züchten Lämmer. Der Stall ist nicht weit vom Piccolo-Haus entfernt.
