AZIENDA SFORZI Vicino al piccolo borgo di Marrucheti sorge la piccola Azienda Sforzi. Una metà è abitata dalla madre del proprietario, l'altra fu trasformata in un appartamento per la villeggiatura molto carino, con ingresso indipendente e spazi esterni propri.

Casa di Betta Effettivamente è più di una metà della casa, perché gli spazi si distribuiscono su due piani. Nel piano superiore sono il bagno e due camere da letto per due persone ciascuna. Poiché queste sono molto grandi, è possibile aggiungere in qualunque momento un letto. Nel pianterreno è un locale accogliente con un angolo cottura, zona pranzo, il camino e TV SAT. Tutto è arredato con gusto e amore. Un posto a sedere accogliente con barbecue, comode sdraio ed una vista incantevole sul paesaggio collinare sono quanto di meglio per chi abbia bisogno di giorni di vacanza riposanti.

Entrambi le case sono disposte su separati appezzamenti recintati e sebbene il mare dista solo 25 km, gli ospiti dell'Azienda Sforzi hanno una piscina a loro disposizione inserita in un meraviglioso uliveto con la vista stupenda sul paesaggio toscano.

 AZIENDA SFORZI The small Azienda Sforzi is located near the village of Marrucheti. Half of the Azienda is the owner's mother's home, the rest was changed into a very nice holiday flat with an independent entrance and its own garden.

Casa di Betta Actually, it's more than just a half of the house as it is on two floors. The bathroom and two bedrooms - for two people each - are upstairs. Since the bedrooms are quite large, one can put an extra bed in each of them at any time. Downstairs there is a cosy living room, with cooking facilities, a dining area, a fireplace and Sat TV. The whole place has been furnished with good taste. In the garden, there are comfortable deck chairs where you can sit and relax, a Bar-B-Q and a beautiful view on the Tuscan hills : the best you can ask for if you need a relaxing holiday!

Both houses are placed in different places with wire-net fencing and, even if "Az. Sforzi" is only 25 km far from to the sea, the clients has a very beautiful pool placed in a fantastic olive-grove with a nice Tuscany landscape view.

AZIENDA SFORZI Nahe dem kleinen Weiler Marrucheti steht die kleine Azienda gli Sforzi. Eine Hälfte wird von der Mutter des Eigentümers bewohnt, die andere wurde in eine hübsche Ferienwohnung ausgebaut, mit eigenem Eingang und Außenbereich.

Casa di Betta Eigentlich ist es eher eine Doppelhaushälfte, denn die Räume verteilen sich auf zwei Ebenen. Im Obergeschoss ist das Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen. Da diese recht groß sind, ist hier ein Zusatzbett jederzeit möglich. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein gemütlicher Wohnraum mit einer hübschen Küchenzeile, Essplatz, offenem Kamin und SAT-TV. Alles ist liebevoll und mit Geschmack ausgestattet. Ein gemütlicher Sitzplatz, Grill, bequeme Sonnenliegen und ein zauberhafter Ausblick über die Hügellandschaft - was braucht man mehr für erholsame Urlaubstage.

Beide Häuser liegen auf separat eingezäunten Grundstücken und obwohl das Meer nur ca. 25 km entfernt ist, steht den Gästen auf der Azienda gli Sforzi ein Pool zur Verfügung, wunderschön in einen Olivenhain eingefügt, mit einem weiten faszinierenden Blick in die toskanische Landschaft.
