I proprietari hanno l'entrata della propria abitazione dalla parte opposta a "Casa Francesca", quindi non vi potranno in alcun modo disturbare. I proprietari sono molto gentili e premurosi con i propri ospiti.
Potete tranquillamente posteggiare l'auto vicino casa e, comunque, sempre all'interno del grande giardino della villa padronale.
L'appartamento è molto semplice. Dispone di una cucina che funge anche da ingresso. La cucina è completa di tutto ciò che serve a cucinare (frigorifero, congelatore, forno a gas, fornelli,…). Dalla cucina si accede ad un corridoio che conduce ad un grande bagno con doccia ed alla grande camera matrimoniale. Il corridoio e la camera sono così grandi d'accogliere, su richiesta, due letti singoli. Un tavolo da giardino posto a pochi metri dell'ingresso offre la possibilità di far colazione o cenare all'aria aperta nei periodi più miti. I proprietari sono ben lieti di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti la loro lavatrice.
Il paese di Vivo d'Orcia è caratteristico e tranquillo: sembra che qui il tempo si sia fermato.

 This small house is located in Vivo d'Orcia, and is actually a two room flat on the ground floor of the owners' house.
The proprietors' front door is at the back of Casa Francesca, therefore they cannot disturb you. They are very nice people anyway and very friendly with guests.
You can park your car near the house inside the large garden of the owners' house.
The flat is very simple. It has got a kitchen, which is also a sort of hall, with all the necessary equipment : a fridge, a freezer, a gas oven, a cooker, etc. A corridor leads to a large bathroom with a shower and to the wide double bedroom. The corridor and the bedroom are so large as to accommodate two extra single beds. There is a garden table, a few metres from the entrance door, which can be used to take meals in the open air when the weather is fine. The owners are glad to let guests use their own washing machine.
Vivo d'Orcia is a very quiet village. Time seems to have stopped there!

Dieses kleine Apartment in Vivo d'Orcia ist eine Zweizimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss des Besitzerhauses. Der Eingang der Besitzer liegt an der anderen Seite von "Casa Francesca", daher werden Sie von ihnen nie gestört. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und stets hilfsbereit für ihre Gäste.
Sie können das Auto neben dem Haus im großen Garten parken.
Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach. Sie verfügt über eine Küche, die auch als Eingangsbereich dient. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht (Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach, Gasofen, Kochplatten ....). Von der Küche kommt man in einem Flur, der zu dem großen Bad mit Dusche und zum großen Schlafzimmer führt. Der Flur und das Schlafzimmer sind so gross, dass man nach Bedarf zwei Einzelbetten dazu zustellen kann. Ein Gartentisch nur wenige Meter vom Eingang bietet die Möglichkeit während der wärmeren Perioden draussen zu Frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen. Die Besitzer stellen den Gästen ihre Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Das Dorf Vivo d'Orcia ist ruhig und charakteristisch für die Toskana: Hier scheint es, dass die Zeit stehen geblieben ist.
