Casa Pomar sorge in campagna a 4,5 km da Roccastrada ed a 7 km da Civitella Paganico, accanto alla strada provinciale “SP 21 del Terzo”.
L’abitazione è costituita da due strutture adiacenti (entrambe distano circa 10mt dalla strada provinciale SP 21).
La struttura più piccola in pietra dispone di due camere (una con letto matrimoniale e l’altra con letto matrimoniale alla francese), di una bagno con doccia e di un piccolo soggiorno con Sat-Tv ma non vi è la cucina. Questa struttura è adatta anche ai portatori di handicap. La dependance può essere utilizzata pagando Euro 250,00 a settimana da coloro che, avendo affittato la struttura più grande, avessero bisogno di altri 3 posti letto.
La struttura più grande è suddivisa in due parti: al piano terra vi sono alcuni magazzini,  un piccolo appartamento riservato al proprietario (marito e moglie, pur vivendo a Roma, sono spesso in azienda per controllare che tutto sia in ordine per gli ospiti) e una stanza adibita a ristorante (la proprietaria può preparare per i soli ospiti della struttura pranzi o cene con un preavviso di almeno 1 o 2 giorni); al primo piano vi è l’appartamento più grande.
L’appartamento al primo piano è accessibile per mezzo di una rampa di scale. Una volta entrati troviamo a sinistra una piccola stanza con lavatrice; successivamente, ancora a sinistra, la prima camera matrimoniale con bagno-doccia in camera; proseguendo sul corridoio, a destra vi è il soggiorno con tavolo, sedie, Sat-Tv e un divano letto singolo oltre che il cucinotto con forno, frigorifero, congelatore e lavastoviglie; le ultime tre stanze sono rappresentate da una seconda camera matrimoniale con bagno-doccia in camera, da una camerina con due letti singoli e da un terzo bagno con doccia.
Casa Pomar dispone anche di una piscina con scala romana (10x5x1,5 mt) aperta dal primo sabato di Maggio fino all’ultimo sabato di Settembre. La zona piscina è immersa in un frutteto.
Si accettano animali, ma la proprietà non è recintata.

In Roccastrada (4,5 km) vi sono Ristoranti, Bar, Supermercato, distributori di benzina e banca.

CASA POMAR "Casa Pomar is in the countryside  4.5 km from Roccastarda, 7 km from Civitella Paganico and is not far from the provincial road "SP 21 del Terzo".
The house is made up of two adjacent buildings (both about 10 m from the provincial road "SP 21").
The smaller stone house has two bedrooms (a double one and one with a French bed), a bathroom with a shower and a small living room with SAT TV. It does not have a kitchen. This house is also suitable for disabled people. The annexe can be used by paying € 250 a week by the people who, having rented the larger house, would need 3 more beds.
The larger building is divided into two parts : there are some warehouses on the ground floor and the owners' flat (a couple that lives in Rome but that often comes to check whether guests are comfortable) and a room used as a restaurant ( the owner's wife can only make meals for guests with a prior notice of at least 1 or two days). The larger flat is on the first floor which can be reached by means of flight of stairs. There is a small room with a washing machine on the left (as soon as you enter the flat), then there is the first double bedroom with a bathroom (with a shower). Further on, along the corridor but on the right, there is the living room (with a table and chairs, SAT TV and a single sofa bed), a kitchenette (with an oven, a  fridge, a freezer, and a dishwasher). The last three rooms are : one more en suite double bedroom with a shower, a small bedroom with twin beds and  another bathroom with a shower.
"Casa Pomar" has a swimming pool with a roman ladder (10m x 5m x 1.5m) which is open from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September. The pool is in an orchard. Pets are welcome but the property is not fenced.
In Roccastrada (4.5 km) there are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, petrol stations and a bank.

 CASA POMAR Auf dem Land, neben der Strada Provinciale „SP 21 del Terzo”, 4 km von Roccastrada und 7 km von Civitella Paganico entfernt steht das Haus Casa Pomar. Es sind zwei nebeneinander liegende Häuser, ca. 10 mt von der Strada Provinciale SP 21 entfernt. Das kleinere Steinhaus hat zwei Zimmer, das Eine mit einem Doppelbett und das Andere mit einem französischen Bett (grand lit), einer Dusche und einen kleinen Wohnraum mit SAT-TV, doch hat es keine Küche. Dieses Haus ist auch für  Behinderte geeignet. Diese Dependence kann auch genützt werden indem Die, die das grössere Haus gemietet haben noch 3 weitere Betten benötigen, dies zu € 250.-- die Woche.
Das grössere Haus ist in zwei Stöcke unterteilt. Ebenerdig sind einige Lagerzimmer, eine kleine Wohnung für den Besitzer (das Ehepaar lebt in Rom ist jedoch öfter anwesend um nach dem Rechten zu sehen) und ein Zimmer das als Restaurant genützt wird, die Besitzerin kann, mit einer Vorbestellung von 1-2 Tagen Mittag- oder Nachtessen für die Gäste zubereiten.
Im ersten Stock befindet sich die grössere Wohnung, die durch eine Treppe erreichbar ist.  Hier finden Sie links ein kleines Zimmer mit Waschmaschine. Nach Diesem das erste Doppelzimmer  mit integrierter Dusche. Weiter den Gang entlang finden Sie rechts ein Wohnzimmer mit Tisch, Stühlen, SAT-TV und einem Einzel-Sofabett, eine Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und eine Geschirr-Spühlmaschine. Dann hat es noch ein zweites Doppelzimmer mit integrierter Dusche, ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelzimmer und eine dritte Dusche.
Casa Pomar verfügt auch über ein Schwimmbad mit römischer Treppe (10x5x1.5mt) offen ab ersten Samstag  im Mai bis letzten Samstag im September. Das Pool ist in einer Obstplantage eingebettet.
Tiere sind willkommen, doch ist der Garten nicht eingezäunt.
In Roccastrada (4.5 km) hat es Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufszentrum, Tankstelle und eine Bank.
