Angolo verde…. queste sono le due parole che servono a descrivere sinteticamente questo particolare appartamento situato a Marina di Grosseto a soli 400m dal mare.
L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, completamente ristrutturata nel 2005, a piano terra ed all’interno di un condominio estivo.
L’appartamento è recintato ed offre una buona privacy. L’auto può essere lasciata sulla strada all’ombra dei pini oppure, attraversando una piccola corte riservata ai soli condomini, può essere parcheggiata all’interno del giardino (i clienti di questo appartamento non possono parcheggiare l’auto nella corte condominiale).
“Il Ciclamino” è un’abitazione ideale per una coppia oppure per una famiglia con due bambini. I proprietari hanno la passione per il giardino che curano con amore e questo consente agli ospiti di poter godere appieno del porticato e della veranda.
Il soggiorno dispone di un angolo cottura con forno a gas, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e divano letto alla francese. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di un piccolo corridoio, si accede alla camera matrimoniale con armadio ed al bagno con doccia. Dalla cucina si accede alla camerina dove vi sono un letto singolo, una scrivania ed un armadio. L’abitazione non è molto grande (circa 43 m²) ma l’arredamento è curato e di buon gusto.
Sotto il porticato i proprietari hanno realizzato una piccola dispensa dove si trova un altro frigorifero (più grande di quello che è in cucina) ed una lavatrice. In giardino è presente anche una doccia (molto comoda durante i mesi estivi...).
Nell’abitazione è presente anche il riscaldamento a gas.
I proprietari tengono molto al loro giardino ed almeno due volte a settimana (quando gli ospiti non sono a casa) vengono ad innaffiare le loro piante.

 IL CICLAMINO - A “green spot”…. These two words are the right ones to describe this special flat in Marina di Grosseto which is just 400 metres from the sea.
The flat is in a quiet area, wholly refurbished in 2005, on the round floor and inside a summer block of flats.
The flat is fenced and has a lot of privacy. Your car can be parked along the street and under the shadow of some pine trees or, crossing a small yard, which is reserved only for guests, in the garden. The guests renting this flat cannot park their cars in the  block yard .
“Il Ciclamino” is ideal for a couple or for a family with two children. The owners love their garden ( which they water at least twice a week, when nobody is at home) and guests can fully enjoy it as well as the porch and the veranda. 
The living room has a cooking area with a gas oven, a fridge, a dish washer and a French sofa bed. From the living room, a small corridor leads to the double bedroom, which has a wardrobe, and to the bathroom with a shower. The flat is not very big ( about 43 sq m) but it is furnished accurately and with good taste..
Under the porch the owners have built a small pantry where there is one more fridge (bigger than the one in the kitchen) and a washing machine. There is a small shower in the garden which is quite useful  in summer.
The flat has gas heating.

 IL CICLAMINO - Grüner Winkel …… mit diesen zwei Worten kann man diese besondere Wohnung in Marina di Grosseto beschreiben, die nur 400 Meter vom Meer entfernt liegt.
Die Wohnung, die zu einem Ferienapartmenthaus gehört, befindet sich im Erdgeschoß, in einer ruhigen Lage, im Jahre 2005 vollständig renoviert.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eingezäunten Garten mit überdachter Terrasse und Dusche (sehr nützlich im Sommer). Die Besitzer pflegen den Garten mit viel Liebe und kommen mindestens zwei Mal in der Woche (wenn die Gäste nicht daheim sind), um die Pflanzen zu gießen.
„Il Ciclamino“ ist das ideale Quartier für ein Paar oder eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß (ca. 43 qm), aber mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettsofa und Kochecke (Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine). Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man durch einen Flur in das Doppelbettzimmer und ins Bad mit Dusche. Von der Kochecke aus gelangt man ins Einzelbettzimmer mit Schreibtisch und Schrank. Auf der überdachten Terrasse haben die Besitzer eine kleine Vorratskammer mit einem größerem Kühlschrank und einer Waschmaschine gebaut. Die Wohnung hat auch eine Gasheizung. Man kann das Auto im Schatten unter Pinien parken oder im Garten, der durch den kleinen Hof erreichbar ist. Im Hof selbst allerdings dürfen nur die Mitbesitzer parken, nicht aber die Gäste von „Il Ciclamino“.
