Se amate il golf, se amate trascorrere delle vacanze in un luogo da cui si possa  godere una stupenda vista della città di Grosseto, se amate  prendere il sole in piscina o se amate le colline toscane, allora Pod. Il Colle è il tipico  casale in pietra che fa per voi. I proprietari, dopo alcuni anni trascorsi alla ricerca  di  un’abitazione in campagna dove stabilirsi definitivamente, circa  4-5 anni fa,  si imbatterono in un vecchio rudere. Grazie alla loro tenacia, al buon gusto e dopo mesi di duro lavoro, sono riusciti a ricreare ed a migliorare notevolmente quel vecchi rudere di cui si  innamorarono qualche  tempo prima. Pod.  Il Colle si trova immerso nel verde delle colline di Grosseto e dei numerosi e centenari ulivi. Il golf è la passione dei proprietari, tanto che sono riusciti a realizzare 4 percorsi (c’è perfino il  laghetto!!) attorno alla proprietà: gli ospiti possono divertirsi a giocarci ed i proprietari  metteranno a loro disposizione mazze e palline. L’altra passione dei proprietari sono i cani: i loro 3 cani vi accoglieranno al  vostro arrivo, vi annuseranno un po’  e se ne andranno per i fatti loro. Questi cani sono grandi ma molto docili ed istruiti (il proprietario ha fatto seguire loro dei  corsi di addestramento). Comunque, al fine  di non creare problemi né agli ospiti, né  al  proprietario, è fatto obbligo di non portare  animali. Il Pod. Il Colle dispone di una  dependance e di un appartamento. Olivo-Destro e Olivo-Sinistro - Nel 2005, a circa 100 m dalla villa padronale, sono stati realizzati due monolocali. Entrambi offrono una meravigliosa vista sulla città di Grosseto e sulle campagne circostanti. Vi è un’unica vasca idromassaggio al coperto ed un solarium munito di lettini da sole e gazebo. Ogni appartamento ha anche, di fronte all’ingresso, un gazebo sotto al quale poter mangiare. I due appartamenti hanno una superficie di circa 60 m² e si compongono di soggiorno con angolo cottura, frigorifero piccolo, Sat-Tv, divano letto matrimoniale, forno a microonde, bagno con doccia e camera matrimoniale. L’armadio della camera matrimoniale funge anche da muro divisorio fra la camera da letto ed il soggiorno.

 IL COLLE If you love golf, if you love spending your holidays in a place where you can enjoy a beautiful view on the town of Grosseto, if you love sunbathing next to a swimming pool or if you love the Tuscan hills, then the Il Colle farm is the typical stone house you are looking for. The owners - after spending several years looking for a country house where they could settle for good – fell in love with the ruins of an old farm house which they bought four or five years ago. After months of hard work, and thanks to their good taste, they succeeded in rebuilding the old house and make it look even better than in old times. Il Colle is surrounded by the green hills of theTuscan countryside and by lots of ancient olive trees. The owners love playing golf, therefore they made a 4-hole golf course (there is even a beautiful pond) near the farm.. Of course the guests can play there, if they want, and will be given clubs and balls by the owners themselves. Ms Nadia loves dogs too. The tree dogs she has will welcome you when you get there, sniff you for a while and then go their own way. They are big but docile and well trained (the owner got them trained in several courses). Anyway, in order not to have problems both for the owners and the guests, the latter cannot take their own dogs. Il Colle has got an annex and a flat. Let’s have a look at them:

Olivo-Destro e Olivo-Sinistro - In 2005, about 100 m from the owners’ villa, two studio flats were built. Both have a very beautiful view over the town of Grosseto and the surrounding countryside. They have one indoor Jacuzzi and a solarium equipped with beach mattresses and a gazebo. Each flat has also a gazebo very near the entrance door where you can take breakfast in the morning. They are about 60 sq m each and have a cooking area with a small fridge, a microwave, a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, The bedroom wardrobe is also a dividing wall between the bedroom and the living room.

From the  magnificent swimming pool (6x12), with two depths, you will enjoy a view on the countryside below. Elegance, beauty, taste, quietness and a splendid position over the valley, are the key words that make Il Colle a unique place.

IL COLLE Wenn  man gerne Golf spielt, wenn man gerne seinen Urlaub an einem Ort verbringt von welchem man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt Grosseto genießen kann, wenn man das Sonnenbaden am Swimmingpool liebt oder die toskanischen Hügel, dann ist das Gut Il Colle mit seinem für die Gegend typischen Steinhaus genau das richtige. Die Besitzer, nach einigen Jahren auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung auf dem Lande um sich dort niederzulassen, stießen vor ca. 4-5 Jahren auf eine alte Ruine. Dank ihrer Zähigkeit, ihrem guten Geschmack und nach Monaten harter Arbeit gelang es ihnen die alte Ruine wieder aufzubauen, in welche sie sich einige Zeit zuvor verliebt hatten. Gut Il Colle findet sich im Grün der Hügel von Grosseto inmitten der unzähligen hundertjährigen Olivenbäume des Besitzes. Golf zu spielen ist die Leidenschaft der Besitzer so, dass sie einen 4-Loch Golfplatz auf dem Besitz angelegt haben. Die Gäste dürfen dort Golf spielen und die Besitzer stellen Schläger und Bälle zur Verfügung. Die andere Leidenschaft der Besitzer sind die Hunde: Man wird von ihren 3 Hunden bei der Ankunft begrüßt, etwas beschnüffelt und dann ziehen die Hunde wieder ihrer Wege. Die Hunde sind groß aber sehr gutmütig und wohlerzogen (der Besitzer hat sie an Kursen zur Abrichtung teilnehmen lassen). Allerdings, um auf jeden Fall Probleme sowohl für die Gäste wie auch für die Besitzer zu vermeiden ist es nicht erlaubt Tiere mitzubringen. Das Gut Il Colle verfügt über ein Nebengebäude und ein Appartement. Sehen wir sie uns zusammen an.

Olivo-Destro e Olivo-Sinistro - Im Jahr 2005 wurden ca. 100 m vom Haupthaus zwei Einzimmerwohnungen errichtet. Beide bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt Grosseto und auf die umliegenden Felder. Sie verfügen über einen gemeinsamen überdachten Jacuzzi, ein Solarium mit Liegestühlen und einen Pavillon. Jeder Wohnung steht auch ein Pavillon nah am Eingang zur Verfügung, unter dem man frühstücken kann. Jede Wohnung (ca. 60 qm) besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, kleinem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Schlafcouch, Bad mit Dusche und Doppelbettzimmer. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer funktioniert als  Trennwand zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer.
