Il podere Madonnino Rosso gode di un'eccellente posizione. Dista solo 10 km da Siena. La casa si trova ai confini del bosco con una meravigliosa vista sul tipico paesaggio collinare toscano. Questo casolare si adatta particolarmente a coloro che desiderano conoscere la Toscana poiché molti luoghi famosi come Siena, Firenze e Monteriggioni sono vicini e facilmente raggiungibili. Dopo un giorno trascorso a visitare chiese e monumenti ci si può riposare godendosi la campagna senese.
La fattoria si compone di molti casolari in pietra alcuni già ristrutturati ed altri da ristrutturare. Nella vecchia casa padronale di un tempo sono stati ricavati 4 appartamenti al primo piano.
A piano terra è presente una stanza con camino ed una grande sala con tavoli e sedie. Quest’ultima potrà essere riservata (pagando €130,00/settimana) a un gruppo che prenoti almeno Capanna+Autunno+Primavera+Estate+Inverno. Altrimenti la sala sarà accessibile a tutti gli ospiti de “Il Madonnino Rosso” che facciano richiesta di colazioni e/o cene servite a pagamento dal proprietario.
Sul retro dell'antica villa padronale sorgono il vecchio fienile (ormai ristrutturato ad abitazione) e la piscina (6x12) oltre la quale ha inizio un bosco di lecci.
La tranquillità regna sovrana e non sarà difficile stare sul bordo piscina a leggersi un buon libro mentre, magari, i bambini stanno giocando in piscina.

I quattro appartamenti situati nella vecchia casa padronale si chiamano "Primavera", “Estate”, "Autunno" e “Inverno”. Per accedere agli appartamenti è necessario attraversare la stanza comune a piano terra dove vi sono  un grande camino in pietra e dei divani. Da qui, per mezzo di due rampe di scale in pietra, si accede ad un lungo corridoio sul quale si affacciano i quattro appartamenti tutti dotati di Tv-Sat con antenna puntata su "Hot Bird" e composti da soggiorno con angolo cottura, bagno con doccia, camera matrimoniale e camera con due letti singoli.  Due precisazioni: in "Primavera" ed “Estate” i due letti singoli si trovano uno accanto all'altro, mentre in "Autunno" ed “Inverno” uno dei letti singoli si trova in galleria; per quanto concerne la cucina invece in “Inverno” ed “Estate” è  a scomparsa in un mobile ed è dotata di piastre elettriche, mentre in “Autunno” e “Primavera” è la classica cucina toscana in legno.
Vi sono anche due case chiamate “Capanna” e “Lampone”.

Capanna
Prima che venisse ristrutturata era una capanna per la rimessa degli attrezzi agricoli. Ha la struttura tipica dei casolari senesi a mattoni: una parte dell’abitazione ha i muri costruiti a “nido d’ape”. L’abitazione si trova molto vicino alla piscina della cui vista si gode dalla finestra del soggiorno-cucina. L’ingresso dà sul soggiorno dove vi è la cucina (con piastre e forno elettrico) a scomparsa in un mobile. Una porta separa il soggiorno dal reparto notte dove vi sono il bagno con doccia e le due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e l’altra con due letti singoli).

Lampone
Si trova a pochi metri dalla vecchia casa padronale e anch’essa è in pietra. L’ingresso è ubicato sul lato opposto a quello che costeggia la vecchia casa padronale. All’interno giardino recintato si trova un gazebo con tavolo e sedie dove gli ospiti possono far colazione o cenare in tranquillità riparati dalla vista degli ospiti degli altri appartamenti.
Per entrare in casa è necessario salire pochi scalini del piccolo loggiato toscano in mattoni e travi di legno tipico dello stile architettonico senese. Una volta entrati troviamo il soggiorno con divano, camino e, procedendo sulla destra, si accede nella grande cucina munita di lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore, tavolo da pranzo in stile toscano con panca e sedie. Il reparto notte è costituito da 2 camere da letto matrimoniali (di cui una con letto matrimoniale alla francese), da una camerina con due letti singoli e da due bagni con doccia.
In soggiorno vi è anche la televisione con Sat-Tv.

 MADONNINO ROSSO The Madonnino country house is beautifully located. It is only 10 km from Siena. The house is at the border of a wood and has a beautiful view on a typical Tuscan hill landscape. This house is ideal for the people who want to visit Tuscany as it is not only near Siena but also other famous  places  like Firenze and Monteriggioni which can be reached very quickly. After a day spent visiting churches and museums you can then relax enjoying the beautiful countryside around Siena.
The farm has got a lot of stone cottages some of which have already been refurbished. The old owners’ house has been turned into 4 flats on the first floor. On the gorund floor there is a room with a fireplace and a large dining room with a table and chairs. The latter can be used  by a group of guests (by paying € 130,00 per week) only if they  have reserved at least Capanna+Autunno+Primavera+Estate+Inverno. Otherwise, the dining room will be available to all the guests of "Il Madonnino Rosso" who ask for breakfast and/or dinner to be served there and who, of course, will be charged for that service.
At the back of the old owners’ villa there is the old barn (now turned into a flat) and the pool (6 x 12) beyond which begins an ilex wood. Quietness is a sovereign there so it will be very easy for you to spend your time relaxing or reading a good book by the edge of the pool, while the children are bathing.

The four flats in the old owners’ house are called “Primavera”, “Estate”, “Autunno” and “Inverno”. To get to the four flats you will have to cross the common room on the ground floor, where there is a big stone fireplace and some sofas. By walking up two flights of stairs, you can get to a long corridor onto which the  four flats give. They are all equipped with SAT TV, with a dish pointed towards Hot Bird, and they all have a living room with a cooking area, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and a  bedroom with twin beds. In “Primavera “and “Estate” the twin beds are one next to the other, while in “Autunno” and “Inverno” one of them is on a loft. As to the kitchen facilities, they are in a cupboard with an electric cooker in “Inverno” and “Estate”, while in “Autunno” and “Primavera” there is a classic wooden Tuscan kitchen.
There are also two houses called “Capanna” and “Lampone”.

Capanna
Before being refurbished this house was a shed where agricultural utensils were stored. It has the typical structure of the red-brick Siena cottages : some of the cottage walls have a honeycomb structure. “Capanna” is next to the swimming pool. The living room-kitchen window opens into the pool itself. The hall gives onto the living room where the cooking facilities are in a cupboard (including an electric cooker and  oven). A door separates the living room from the night area where there is a bathroom with a shower and the two bedrooms (a double one and one with twin beds).

Lampone
There is also a real  house called “Lampone” which is a few meters from the old owners’ house and which is built in stone. The entrance faces the side of the old owners’ house itself. Inside the fenced garden there is  a gazebo with a table and some chairs. Guests can have their breakfast or dine there quietly without being seen by the guests of the other flats.
You get into the house by walking up the few steps of the small portico - built with red bricks and wooden beams, which is typical of the old Tuscan architectural style. The entrance door opens into the living room, where there is a sofa, a TV set with SAT TV, and  a fireplace. Further on, on the right, you get into the large kitchen which is equipped with a dish washer, a fridge, a freezer, and a Tuscan dining table with a bench and some chairs. The night area includes two double bedrooms (one of which with a French bed), a small room with twin beds and two bathrooms with a shower.

 MADONNINO ROSSO Das Podere Madonnino Rosso hat eine ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage. Es befindet sich nur ca. 10 km von Siena entfernt. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die typisch toskanische Hügellandschaft. Dieses Quartier eignet sich besonders, wenn Sie die Toskana kennen lernen möchten, denn viele berühmte Orte wie Siena, Florenz und Monteriggioni sind nahe und leicht erreichbar. Nach einem Besichtigungstag kann man sich wieder in der ländlichen Umgebung erholen und alle Eindrücke verarbeiten.
Der Bauernhof besteht aus vielen zum Teil schon renovierten Steinhäusern. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein Raum mit Kamin und einem großen Speisesaal mit Tischen und Stühlen. Eine Gruppe, die gleichzeitig die Wohnungen Capanna, Autunno, Primavera, Estate und Inverno gebucht hat, kann gegen Bezahlung von 130€/Woche diesen Raum reservieren. Ansonst werden in diesem Raum Frühstücke oder Abendessen serviert, die der Besitzer gegen Aufpreis für die Gäste des Il Madonnino Rosso vorbereiten wird.
Auf der Rückseite des alten Herrenhauses befinden sich der alte Heuschober (schon in eine Wohnung umgewandelt) und der Pool (6X12m), hinter dem ein Wald aus Steineichen beginnt. Hier herrscht Ruhe und es wird nicht schwierig sein, am Rand des Pools in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen, während die Kinder vielleicht im Pool spielen.

Die vier Wohnungen in dem alten Herrenhaus heißen "Primavera", “Estate”, "Autunno" e “Inverno”. Um in den Wohnungen zu gelangen muss man durch den gemeinsamen Raum mit Kamin und Sofas gehen. Von hier kommt man über eine Treppe zu einem Flur, auf dem sich die Eingänge zu den 4 Wohnungen befinden, die je über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische, Sat-TV (Hot Bird), Gasherd, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Bad mit Dusche, Doppelbettzimmer und Zweibettzimmer verfügen. In „Primavera“ und „Estate“ stehen die beiden Einzelbetten nebeneinander während in „Autunno“ und „Inverno“  sich je ein Bett in der Galleria befindet. In „Inverno“ und „Estate verschwindet die Kochnische mit elektrischen Kochplatten hinter eine Möbeltür. „Autunno“ und „Primavera“ verfügen über eine richtige Küche aus Holz.
Im Bauernhof sind auch zwei allein stehende Häuser “Capanna” und “Lampone”.

Capanna
Vor der Renovierung war es der Geräteschuppen. Das Haus hat die typischen Struktur der sienesischen  Steinhäuschen: Teilweise haben die Mauer eine Struktur wie Bienenwaben. Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Pool, den man vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus sehen kann. Beim Eintreten kommt man ins Wohnzimmer, wo sich auch die Kochnische (mit elektrischen Kochplatten) befindet, die hinter einer Möbeltür verschwinden kann  Eine Tür trennt das Wohnzimmer vom Schlafbereich, wo das Bad mit Dusche und zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Doppelbettzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer) sind.

Lampone
Wenige Meter von dem Herrenhaus entfernt, befindet sich das allein stehende Steinhaus „Lampone“. Der Eingang liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Herrenhauses. In dem eingezäunten Garten steht ein Pavillon mit Tisch und Stühlen, wo die Gäste in Ruhe und außerhalb der Sicht der anderen Gäste frühstücken oder zu Abend essen können. Um ins Haus zu gelangen steigt man wenige Stufen zu einer kleinen toskanischen Loggia aus Ziegelsteinen mit Holzbalken im sieneser Stil hinauf. Nach dem Eintreten kommt man ins Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Kamin und Sat-TV und auf der rechten Seite gelangt man in die große Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Esstisch mit Sitzbank und Stühlen. Der Schlafbereich besteht aus zwei Doppelzimmern (eins mit französischem Bett), einem Zweibettzimmer und zwei Bädern mit Dusche.
