L’appartamento dista solamente 300 mt dal mare e si trova ai bordi di un parco di pini marittimi.
E’ l’ultimo di una serie di appartamenti/villette a schiera (si tratta di seconde case abitate per lo più durante il periodo estivo) che hanno in comune una corsia sulla quale si affacciano i cancelli di accesso dei giardini indipendenti di alcune villette.
Si trova a piano rialzato, infatti per accedervi si devono salire due piccole rampe con tre-quattro scalini ciascuna.
Al temine di questi scalini si trova una terrazza con tavolo e sedie e l’ingresso dell’abitazione che, nel suo complesso, è molto accogliente.
In soggiorno, vi sono l’angolo cottura con forno elettrico, frigorifero con congelatore, fornelli a gas ed acquaio, un tavolo con le sedie e anche un letto singolo con un secondo letto estraibile. Dal soggiorno si accede al bagno con doccia (con lavatrice) ed alla camera matrimoniale. Una seconda porta finestra nel soggiorno conduce al retro del giardino dove vi è una doccia ed il barbecue.
Un gazebo in legno permette agli ospiti di stare comodamente all’aperto durante tutte le ore del giorno.
I proprietari talvolta abitano nell’appartamento posto sul retro de “Il Parco”. Quest’ultimi hanno il loro ingresso indipendente ed un piccolo giardino e sono molto rispettosi della privacy dei loro ospiti. La parte più grande del giardino è stata però riservata agli ospiti.
“Il Parco” è veramente un appartamento ideale per gli amanti del mare.

IL PARCO The flat is only 300 metres from the sea and is located next to a maritime pine wood.
It is the last of a series of flats/small attached villas (they are mainly the owners’ summer houses) which have in common a lane where the entrance gates - to the independent gardens of some of the small villas - open.
It is on a mezzanine floor, in fact you have to walk up two short flights of stairs - of three-four steps each - to get to the flat.
At the end of the staircase you will find  a terrace with a table and some chairs and the entrance door to the flat which, on the whole, is quite cosy.
There is a cooking area with an electric oven in the living room. There is also a fridge, a freezer, a gas cooker and a sink. The living room is also equipped with a table with chairs and a single bed with a pull-out bed too. From the living room you can get to the bathroom with a shower (and with a washing machine) and to the double bedroom. A French door in the living room opens into the back garden where there is a shower and a BBQ.
A wooden gazebo allows guests to sit comfortably outside all day long.
The owners sometimes use the flat at the back of “Il Parco” which has an independent entrance and a small garden. They are very respectful of their guests’ privacy. The largest part of the garden has obviously been left to the guests.
“Il Parco” is an ideal flat for people who love the sea.

 IL PARCO Die Wohnung liegt am Rand eines Pinienwaldes nur 300 m vom Meer entfernt. Sie ist die letzte einer Reihe von Wohnungen bzw. Reihenhäusern (es handelt sich um Zweitwohnsitze für den Sommer), die an einem gemeinsamen Weg liegen, auf den die Gartentore einiger Reihenhäuser münden.
Sie liegt im erhöhtem Erdgeschoss, man muss über zwei kleine Treppen mit drei bis vier Stufen steigen und kommt dann zu einer Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und dem Eingang dieser sehr bequemen Wohnung.
Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich eine Kochecke mit elektrischem Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Gasherd und Waschbecken, Tisch und Stühle und auch ein Einzelbett, das zum Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann. Von Wohnzimmer aus kommt man ins Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und ins Doppelbettzimmer. Durch eine Fenstertür im Wohnzimmer gelangt man zur hinteren Seite des Gartens, wo sich eine Dusche und ein Grill befinden. Unter einem Holzpavillon kann man jederzeit bequem sitzen.
Die Besitzer wohnen gelegentlich in der Wohnung, die hinter „Il Parco“ liegt. Sie haben einen unhabgängigen Eingang, einen kleinen Garten und haben viel Respekt vor der Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.
Der größte Teil des Gartens steht den Gästen von „Il Parco“ zur Verfügung.
