Questo è il nome che Manola ha scelto per l'agriturismo che ha realizzato circa 3 anni fa. Il nome è dovuto alla vicinanza del reperto archeologico "Il Tino di Moscona". La struttura del Tino, perfettamente circolare con ingresso ad arco (oggi crollato) realizzata con pietre a secco, si ritiene sia di origine Medioevale e che contenesse cisterne per l'acqua.
L'agriturismo è posto ai piedi della collina Poggio di Moscona. Oggi questa zona è un grande fondo chiuso e recintato dove le vacche maremmane possono pascolare brade. La visita ai resti non è perciò possibile, a meno che non se ne chieda prima il permesso al proprietario.
Poco distante dall'agriturismo vi sono molte strade di campagna ideali per chi ama andare in bicicletta. Vi è poi la possibilità di raggiungere o a piedi o in bicicletta i resti della civiltà etrusca ubicata sulla collina limitrofa.
Nel agriturismo Manola ha realizzato un bilocale e due monolocali. La posizione è ottima: ai piedi della collina e rivolto verso la campagna circostante. Tutti i locali dispongono di aria-condizionata. La distanza dalla città di Grosseto è di appena 8 km. Nei paesi di Roselle ed Istia d'Ombrone, che distano 5-6 km, vi sono generi alimentari, bar e ristoranti.
"Il Tino" è un'ottima struttura per un gruppo di amici che voglia trascorrere un vacanza sfruttando l'angolo cottura dell'appartamento "La Pera" per preparare i pasti per tutti. L'ottimo prezzo compenserà sicuramente l'assenza di un angolo cottura vero e proprio negli altri 2 monolocali.
Un piccolo parco giochi allieterà le giornate dei vostri bambini.

La Susina Monolocale situata al centro della struttura; dispone di camera matrimoniale e bagno-doccia. In camera è presente un piccolo angolo cottura a piastre elettriche e frigorifero ma non è indicato a chi volesse cucinare.

 IL TINO This is the name that Manola has chosen for the country house she built about three years ago. The name is due to the proximity of the farm to the archeological ruins of the "Tino di Moscona". The Tino (vat) structure, perfectly circular, with an arch entrance (which has fallen down) made of dry stones, was probably built in the Middle Ages to store water tanks.
The country farm is located at the feet of the Poggio di Moscona hill. This is a very large fenced area where cows can graze in the wild. Visiting the ruins is therefore impossible, unless one asks the owner's permission.
There are lots of country roads not far from the farm which are perfect for those who love biking or walking. It is also possible to reach (either on foot or by bike) the ruins of Roman/Etruscan town of Roselle, on the neighboring hill.
Manola has built a two-room flat and two studio flats in the farm. The position of the farm is excellent : at the feet of a hill and facing the countryside. All the flats have got air conditioning.
The farm is only 8 km from the town of Grosseto. In the nearby villages of Roselle and Istia d'Ombrone, there are shops of all kinds, bars and restaurants.
"Il Tino" is the ideal place for a group of friends who want to spend a holiday together sharing the kitchenette of the flat "La Pera" to cook meals. The cheap price will make up for the lack of a real kitchen in the two studio flats.

La Susina It is a studio flat in the centre of the farm. It has got a double bedroom and a bathroom/shower. There are cooking facilities too (just a small electric cooker and a fridge) but they are not suitable to cook meals.

IL TINO Das ist der Name, den Manola für diesen ca. 3 Jahre alten Agriturismo gewählt hat. In der Nähe befindet sich die archäologische Fundstätte "Il Tino di Moscona". Die Struktur des Tinos zeigt eine perfekte runde Form - mit aus Steinen erbautem, leider zusammengefallenem Eingangsbogen - welcher auf dessen mittelalterlichen Ursprung hinweist. Es soll dort einst eine Wasserzisterne gegeben haben. Die Azienda liegt am Fuß des Poggio di Moscona. Heute ist dieses Gebiet geschlossen und umzäunt, maremmanische Kühe weiden dort ungezähmt. Der Besuch der archäologischen Fundstätte ist daher nicht möglich, es sei denn man bekommt vom Besitzer eine Erlaubnis. Nicht weit vom Landgut laden viele Landstrassen zum Radfahren ein. Sie können zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad auf dem nahe liegenden Hügel Überreste der etruskischen Zivilisation erreichen. Auf diesem Landgut hat Manola ein 2-Zimmer-App. und zwei 1-Zimmer-App. realisiert. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage. Es liegt knapp 8 km von Grosseto entfernt. In den Dörfern Roselle und Istia d'Ombrone (4-5 km) befinden sich Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Gaststätten und Restaurants. Der "Tino" ist ideal für eine Gruppe von Freunden, die gemeinsam Ferien verbringen möchten, die Küchenecke des Appartements "La Pera" benützen, um das Essen für alle vorzubereiten. Der günstige Preis wiegt den Nachteil der fehlenden Kochecke in den beiden 1-Zimmer-App. auf. Ein kleiner Spielplatz wird Ihre Kinder erfreuen. Manola und ihr Mann sprechen englisch.

La Susina 1-Zimmer-Appartement in der Mitte mit Doppelbett und Bad/Dusche. In dem Zimmer befindet sich eine kleine Kochecke mit Elektrokochplatten (nicht zum Kochen geeignet) und Kühlschrank.
