L’insegna scolpita sul marmo posta sul corridoio che conduce al primo piano recita: “1878 – il Conte Giulio Pesciolini edificò“. Dunque il casale ha più di 130 anni di storia….
La villa misura circa 350 m² e si sviluppa su due piani.
Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione una piscina (che misura 12x9 metri a profondità variabile fino ad un massimo di 2,5 mt), tv e ricevitore satellitare.
A piano terra vi è un ampia cucina con lavastoviglie, un bagno con wc ed un ampia sala con tv, divani, camino e pianoforte.
Una rampa di scale conduce al primo piano dove troviamo un salotto da cui si accede a due delle quattro camere da letto.
Tre camere hanno letti matrimoniali ed una ha due letti singoli.
Tre camere dispongono di bagno con doccia accessibile dall’interno della camera. Un bagno con vasca è situato nel corridoio.

 LA TENUTA – GORGO If you love spending your holiday in a luxury home which can also offer you quietness and peacefulness, then “Il Gorgo” is the right place for you.
The marble inscription over the corridor leading to the first floor says: “1878 – il Conte Giulio Pesciolini edificò“ (1878 – Count Giulio Pesciolini had this home built). Therefore, the farm house is more than 130 years old.
The villa is about 350 sq m and is on two floors.
Guests have a swimming pool (12x9m and deep as far as 2.5 m)  at their disposal. They also have a TV set and a Sat decoder.
There a large kitchen (with a dishwasher) on the ground floor, a bathroom with a ttoilette and a large living room with a TV set, sofas, a fireplace and a piano.
A flight of stairs leads to the first floor. There you can find another living room from which you can get into two of the four bedrooms : three of them are double and one  is a twin bedroom. Three of them are en suite and have a shower. In the corridor there is also a bathroom with a tub.

LA TENUTA – IL GORGO Wenn Sie Ihre Ferien im Luxus und in einem Haus, das Ihnen Ruhe und Heiterkeit vermittelt, verbringen möchten, dann ist IL GORGO das Richtige für Sie.
Die Inschrift, die im Gang in Marmor gehauen wurde sagt „erbaut 1878 vom Grafen Pesciolini“.
Das Haus hat also eine mehr als 130jährige Geschichte.
Der  Wohnbereich ist ca. 350 m2 gross und erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke.
Für die Gäste hat es ein Schwimmbad (Masse 12x9 m, Tiefe variabel bis 2,5 m) und SAT-TV.
Ebenerdig befindet sich eine grosse Küche mit Geschirrspühler, ein WC und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit TV, Sofas, Kamin und einem Klavier.
Eine Treppe führt zum ersten Stock wo sie ein Wohnzimmer finden, durch das Sie zu zwei der vier Schlafzimmer gelangen.
Es sind drei Doppelschlafzimmer mit je einer Dusche und ein Zweibettzimmer. Im Gang finden Sie noch ein Bad.
