A circa 8 km dal paese di Campagnatico ed a soli 4 km dalla super-strada Siena-Grosseto, immerso tra le verdi colline toscane, ricche di ulivi e vigne, si trova l’antico casolare composto da quattro appartamenti, oltre la casa abitata dal proprietario. Il proprietario parla inglese ed anche un po’ di tedesco; ha la passione degli animali e possiede due cani ed alcuni gatti.
Gli appartamenti sono circondati da un ampio spazio verde, attrezzato con mobili da esterno ed ombrelloni, dove si trova la piscina di dimensioni 6x12 mt e profondità max 1,60 mt.

ORTENSIA 4+1 - 65 m2 Appartamento al piano terra, composto da ampio soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura, 2 camere matrimoniali, bagno con doccia. Porticato e giardino privato recintato attrezzato con mobili da esterno. Animali ammessi.

GARDENIA 2+2 - 45 m2 Appartamento al piano terra, nato dalla ristrutturazione delle vecchie stalle e composto da soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia. Vi è anche un porticato ed un giardino privato recintato con mobili da esterno. Animali ammessi.

Ortensia e Gardenia possono essere affittati anche da famiglie di amici perché nelle recinzioni  delle due strutture è presente un cancello che permette, all’occorrenza, di rendere comunicanti i due giardini.

MARGHERITA 4 -  52 m2 Appartamento ubicato a piano terra accanto all’abitazione dove abita il proprietario. Dispone di porticato attrezzato per mangiare all’aperto, di un soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale (con porta finestra per l’accesso al porticato), camera con due letti singoli e di bagno con doccia. Animali non ammessi.

CICLAMINO 4+2 - 110 m2 Questo appartamento, a cui si accede dal giardino del proprietario per mezzo di una scala esterna, è posto al primo piano e ha un’ampia terrazza arredata con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all’aperto. Soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura (con forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero con congelatore), grande camino e divano letto singolo. Nel reparto notte troviamo una  camera matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli più un letto aggiuntivo ed il bagno con doccia. Animali non ammessi.

Tutti gli appartamenti, tranne il CICLAMINO, sono muniti di Tv con ricevitore satellitare.
A disposizione di tutti gli ospiti vi è il locale lavanderia.
Il proprietario offre, al prezzo di €25,00 per gli adulti e di €12,50 per i bambini, la cena con bevande incluse (qualora voleste usufruire di questo servizio, si prega di avvisare con almeno 2gg di preavviso).

LA FONTE About 8 km from the small town of Campagnatico, and only 4 km from the Siena-Grosseto motorway, among the green Tuscan hills rich of olive trees and vineyards, you can see an old cottage with four flats and the owner’s house. The owners speaks English and a little German, he loves pets and has two dogs and some cats.
The flats are surrounded by a large green area, equipped with garden furniture and sun umbrellas. The swimming pool is there (6x12 m wide and 1,60 m deep).

ORTENSIA 4+1 - 65 m2 This flat is on the ground floor and has a large living room-dining room with a cooking area, 2 double bedrooms, and a  bathroom with a shower. It has also a porch and a private fenced garden with garden furniture. Pets are welcome.

GARDENIA 2+2 - 45 m2 The old cowsheds were refurbished and changed into a flat on the ground floor. It has a living room-dining room with a cooking area and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. It has also a porch and a private fenced garden with garden furniture. Pets are welcome.

Ortensia and Gardenia can be rented also by families of friends, as the fences of the two gardens have a gate which makes, in case of need, the two gardens communicate.
 
MARGHERITA 4 -  52 m2 Also this flat is on the round floor and next to the owner’s house. It has a porch where you can take meals, a living room-dining room with a cooking area, a double bedroom (with a French windows opening into the porch), a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Pets are not welcome.

CICLAMINO 4+2 - 110 m2 This flat, which you can reach from the owner’s garden by an external staircase, is on  the first floor and has a large terrace with a table and chairs if you want to eat outside. It has a living room-dining room with a cooking area (with an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer), a big fireplace and a single sofa bed. In the night area there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with an extra bed and a bathroom with a shower. Pets are not welcome.

All the flats, except for CICLAMINO, have SAT TV.
Guests have a laundry room at their disposal too.
The owner can cook dinner for guests (drinks included):  adults € 25,00 and children € 12.50. If you want this service, you have to reserve at least two days before.

 LA FONTE Ca. 8 km von Campagnatico und 4 km von der Schnellstraße Siena-Grosseto entfernt, eingebettet in den grünen toskanischen Hügeln, reich an Olivenbäumen und Weinbergen, liegt dieses mit 4 Wohnungen alte Landhaus und das Haus des Besitzers.
Der Besitzer spricht englisch und auch ein wenig deutsch; seine Leidenschaft sind die Tiere, er besitzt zwei Hunde und einige Katze. Die Wohnungen sind umgeben von einer breiten Grünfläche, mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirmen, wo auch der Pool (6x12 m Max. Tiefe 1,6m) liegt.

ORTENSIA 4+1 - 65 m2 Wohnung im Erdgeschoß mit breitem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, zwei Doppelzimmern und Bad mit Dusche. Überdachte Terrasse und eingezäunter privater Garten mit Gartenmöbeln. Tiere erlaubt.

Ortensia und Gardenia können zusammen von Freunden vermietet werden, da die zwei Gärten in Verbindung mit einem Tor sind.

MARGHERITA 4 -  52 m2 Wohnung im Erdgeschoß neben dem Haus des Besitzers. Sie verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse, ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, ein Doppelbettzimmer (durch die Fenstertür gelingt man auf die Terrasse), ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche. Tiere nicht erlaubt.

CICLAMINO 4+2 - 110 m2 Diese Wohnung, erreichbar über eine Außentreppe aus dem Garten des Besitzers, liegt im ersten Stock und verfügt über eine weite Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Kamin, einem Einzelbettsofa und Kochecke (Ofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach), einem Doppelbettzimmer, einem Zweibettzimmer mit Zusatzbett und Bad mit Dusche. Tiere nicht erlaubt.

Alle Wohnungen, außer “Il Ciclamino” verfügen über Sat-TV. Zu Verfügung aller Gäste steht ein Waschraum. Der Besitzer bietet seinen Gästen ein Abendessen mit Getränke  um 25 € pro Erwachsene und  12,5 € pro Kind.  Für  dieses Service ist eine zweitätige Voranmeldung  gebeten.
