Il vecchio podere che Nanda, la proprietaria, ha sapientemente ristrutturato nel 2003 si trova a soli 6 km da Suvereto, a circa 20 km da Follonica ed a 25 km da Massa Marittima. Per gli amanti del benessere e del relax è da segnalare che a circa 14 Km si trova il laghetto termale del Calidario alimentato da una sorgente naturale di acqua calda a 36° (Terme del Calidario - Venturina).
La proprietà consta di 16 ettari suddivisi tra oliveto, vigneto e bosco.
A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono 4 appartamenti (di cui uno al primo piano), un ampio giardino, il forno a legna e la piscina (6x12m). Questa è stata realizzata in prossimità di una piccola costruzione in pietra (in passato i mattoni erano un lusso) un tempo adibita a pollaio e porcile accanto a quella che era la vecchia concimaia. Oggi questa zona è completamente recintata e consente di rilassarsi sotto il sole o di godere della serenità della campagna all'ombra della grande quercia  vicina.
Gli unici animali presenti in azienda sono i due cani della proprietaria. Nanda offre la possibilità ai suoi ospiti di portare in vacanza i loro amici a quattro zampe.
Ogni singolo appartamento è costituito da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, il bagno con doccia e da una camera matrimoniale. Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli ed accoglienti, muniti di riscaldamento autonomo che consente il loro utilizzo per tutto l'arco dell'anno. Quelli situati a piano terra (La Cantina, La Stalla e La Carraia) possono usufruire sul retro di uno spazio esterno con pergolato al quale si accede dalla porta finestra della camera. L'appartamento al primo piano (Il Pozzo) offre un grazioso piccolo porticato alla sommità della scala di accesso. La Cantina e La Stalla possono accogliere fino a 4 persone grazie alla presenza di due letti singoli in soggiorno.

 The old farm house that Nanda, the owner, has nicely refurbished in 2003, is only 6 km from Suvereto, about 20 km from Follonica and 25 km from Massa Marittima. People who love a healthy and relaxing holiday, will enjoy the Calidario small thermal lake (about 14 km from the house) where the hot waters (36 ° C) of a natural spring flow (Terme del Calidario – Venturina).
The estate is about 16 hectares with olive yards, vineyards and woods.
There are four flats for guests (one of which on the first floor), a large garden, a wood-burning oven and a swimming pool (6x12 m) which has been made near a small stone house (bricks were not used in the past as they were too expensive) which used to be a hen house and a pigsty, next to  the old manure pit. Nowadays this area is totally fenced and is a relaxing place where you can sunbathe or sit in the shade of  old oak tree.
The only animals on the farm are the owner’s two dogs. So guests’ dogs are allowed too!
Each flat has a large living room with a cooking area, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. The flats are comfortable and cosy, with independent central heating which can be used all  year round. The flats on the ground floor (La Cantina, La Stalla e La Carraia) have an open area at the back with a pergola, which can be reached from the bedroom French door. The flat on the first floor (Il Pozzo) has a nice little porch at the top of the staircase that leads to the front door.
La Cantina e La Stalla can host up to 4 people each thanks to the presence of two twin beds in the living room.

 Das alte Landhaus, das Frau Nanda, die Besitzerin, im Jahre 2003 gut renoviert hat, befindet sich nur 6 km von Suvereto, ca. 20 km von Follonica und 25 km von Massa Marittima entfernt. Für diejenigen, die Entspannung und Wellness lieben, ist der nur 14 km entfernte Thermalsee „Calidario“ zu empfehlen. Der See wird von einer Warmwasserquelle mit 36 Grad warmem Wasser gespeist (Terme del Calidario-Venturina).
Das Landgut umfasst 16 ha Grund aufgeteilt in Olivenhaine, Weinberge und Wald.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste stehen 4 Wohnungen (eine davon im ersten Stock), ein großer Garten, ein Holzofen und ein Pool (6x12m). Der Pool liegt in der Nähe eines kleinen Steinhauses (in alten Zeiten waren Ziegelsteine ein Luxus), damals als Hühner- und Schweinestall verwendet mit dem Misthaufen nebenan. Heute ist dieses Grundstück ganz eingezäunt und erlaubt sich in der Sonne zum entspannen oder den Frieden der Natur unter dem Schatten der großen Eiche zu geniessen.
Die einzigen Tiere, die auf dem Landgut leben, sind die beiden Hunde der Besitzerin. Nanda bietet ihren Gästen die Möglichkeit ihre Tiere (ihre Freunde auf vier Pfoten) in den Urlaub mitzunehmen. Jede Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Doppelbettzimmer. Die Wohnungen sind nett und bequem. Die Zentralheizung erlaubt ihre Verwendung über das ganze Jahr. Die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss (La Cantina, La Stalla und La Carraia) verfügen über einen Aussenplatz mit Pergola, den man über die Fenstertür des Schlafzimmers erreichen kann. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock (Il Pozzo) bietet eine kleine hübsche überdachte Terrasse am Ende der Eingangstreppe. La Cantina und La Stalla können dank zweier Einzelbetten im Wohnzimmer bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen.
