 L’appartamento è a soli 3 km di distanza da Porto S. Stefano ed immerso in un giardino ben curato. Si trova a piano terra vicino alla strada che attraversa la zona della Giannella. A lato e sopra di esso vi sono altri due appartamenti abitati tutto l’anno dai proprietari.
L’appartamento è circondato su due lati da un giardino che è a disposizione esclusiva degli ospiti. Percorrendo un vialetto, che non è di proprietà esclusiva dell’abitazione, si raggiunge il giardino. Appena entrati nell’appartamento, sulla sinistra, separata da un muro non molto alto, c’è una grande libreria e un divano letto. Di fronte all’ingresso c’è il soggiorno a forma di “L” con camino, divani e zona pranzo con tavolo, sedie e angolo cottura in muratura. L’appartamento dispone di due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l’altra con un letto singolo ed uno estraibile. Il bagno è con doccia.
In giardino si trovano il barbecue ed i mobili da giardino. Dietro la casa c’è una stanza con una lavatrice e una doccia. E’ possibile parcheggiare le macchine nel vialetto adiacente o dietro l’abitazione.
A circa 100 metri dall’abitazione si trova una spiaggia di ghiaia mentre a circa 650 metri una spiaggia di sabbia.
Il giardino de “La Palma” confina con la strada che nel periodo estivo può risultare più trafficata: le camere comunque si trovano dalla parte opposta della strada. L’appartamento è ottimo per coloro che desiderano trascorrere le loro giornate in spiaggia e la sera vogliono passeggiare per le stradine e il lungomare di Porto Santo Stefano e Porto Ercole. |
 LA PALMA The flat s only 3 km from Porto S. Stefano and is surrounded by a well tended garden. It is on the ground floor near the road that crosses the Giannella area. There are two more flats one next to “La Palma” and the other above it. The owners live in these two flats all the year round.
The garden is only used by the guests. It can be reached by walking along a path which does not belong only to this flat. As soon as you get into the flat, on the left, separated by a low wall, you can see a large bookcase and a sofa bed. In front of the hall the is an L shaped living room with a fireplace, sofas and a dining area with a table, chairs and stone cooking facilities. There are two bedrooms in the flat, a double one and one with a single bed and a recess bed. The bathroom has a shower.
The garden has got a B-B-Q and garden furniture. Behind the house there is a room with a washing machine and a shower. You can park your car either along the path or behind the house.
The shingle beach is about 100 metres from the house. The one with sand is about 650 metres from the flat.The garden borders thee road which, in the summer, may be quite busy. The bedrooms, on the contrary, are on the other side of the building and therefore far from the road. This flat is ideal for people who want to spend their days at the beach and walk, at night, along the narrow streets and the promenade of Porto S. Stefano and Porto Ercole. |

 LA PALMA Die Wohnung liegt nur 3 km von Porto S. Stefano entfernt und ist in einen gut gepflegten Garten eingebettet. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in der Nähe der Straße, die das Gebiet La Giannella überquert. Daneben und darüber sind zwei andere Wohnungen, die von den Besitzern das ganze Jahr bewohnt werden. Der Garten, der die Wohnung auf zwei Seiten umgibt, steht nur den Gästen zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist über einen Weg erreichbar, der nicht nur für die Wohnung reserviert ist.
Beim Eintreten befinden sich auf der linken Seite ein Bücherregal und ein Bettcouch, die durch eine nicht sehr hohe Wand abgetrennt sind.
Gegenüber dem Vorzimmer liegen das Wohnzimmer (L-Form) mit Kamin, Sofas und das Esszimmer mit Tisch, Stühlen und einer gemauerten Kochecke. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit einem Einzelbett und einem ausziehbaren Bett. Das Bad ist mit Dusche. Im Garten befinden sich auch ein Grill und Gartenmöbel. Hinter dem Haus in einem Raum sind eine Waschmaschine und eine Dusche untergebracht. Man kann das Auto auf der schmalen Strasse hinter dem Haus parken. Ein Kieselstrand ist 100 m vom Haus entfernt und ein Sandstrand etwa 650 m. Der Garten von “La Palma” grenzt an die Straße, die im Sommer ziemlich befahren ist, die Schlafzimmer befinden sich allerdings auf der der Straße abgewandten Seite. Die Wohnung ist das optimale Quartier für diejenigen, die den Tag am Strand und den Abend in den Strassen und auf der Standpromenade von Porto S.Stefano und Porto Ercole verbringen möchten. |
