 Dal grande balcone (all’ombra grazie ad una tenda da sole) si gode una vista meravigliosa sul mare. A destra del balcone si trova un grande olivo, i cui rami offrono una protezione visiva. Qui ci si sente come in un arieggiato nido in mezzo alla vegetazione con vista sul mare aperto. Dal soggiorno con zona pranzo salendo un paio di scalini si arriva al corridoio e da qui alla piccola cucina, al bagno con doccia ed alle due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una doppia). In giardino c’è un barbecue e quindi c’è tutto quello che si può desiderare per una vacanza al mare.
L’arredamento è molto semplice ma in compenso la vista è magnifica.
In ca. 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia e la città vecchia.
A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono due posti auto: uno di fronte al garage di sinistra accanto alle scale che conducono all’abitazione; l’altro è posto sulla via parallela a quella dove si trova l’ingresso principale de “La Terrazza”.

LA TERRAZZA From the large balcony (in the shade, thanks to a sunshade) you can enjoy a marvellous view over the sea. To the right of the balcony there is a big olive tree whose branches protect you from being seen. You can feel as if you were in an airy nest amidst plants with a view over the open sea. From the living room, which has a dining area, by walking up a couple of steps, you get to a corridor and, from there, to the small kitchen, to the bathroom with a shower and to the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds).
The furniture is simple but the view is magnificent.
Yon can walk to the beach or to the old town in just 10 minutes.
There are two parking places for the guests: one is in front of the garage on the left, next to the stairs leading to the house; the other is in the street parallel to the one where the main entrance to “La Terrazza” is located. |

 LA TERRAZZA Vom großen Balkon, der über die ganze Breite von einer Markise beschattet wird, hat man einen herrlichen Meerblick. Rechts davon steht ein mächtiger Olivenbaum, dessen Zweige einen wunderbaren Sichtschutz abgeben, man fühlt sich hier wie in einem luftigen Vogelnest inmitten der südlichen Vegetation mit blick aufs weite Meer.
Vom Wohnraum mit Essplatz geht es über ein paar Stufen in einen Flur und von da in die kleine Küche, in das Bad mit Dusche und in die zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten, wobei eines davon zum Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann. Im Garten steht ein Grill, so dass alles da ist, was man sich für Urlaubstage am Meer wünscht.
Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Man genießt eine herrliche Aussicht über das Meer.
Zum Strand und zur Altstadt sind es zu Fuß nur ca. 10 Minuten.
Zur Verfügung der Gästen stehen zwei Autoabstellplätze: einer gegenüber der Garage neben der Treppe, die zur Wohnung führt; der andere befindet sich in der Parallelstraße, wo der Haupteingang von „La Terrazza“ ist.
