A circa 2 km dal paese di Reggello, sulla sommità di una ripida collina, sorge “La Tranquillità”, una casa colonica che i proprietari hanno sapientemente ristrutturato durante gli anni.
Una volta arrivati vi avvolgerà una sensazione di pace e tranquillità.
La posizione assai panoramica (550 m. slm) ed assolata offre la possibilità di trascorrere delle vacanze rilassanti. Il giardino è caratterizzato dal verde degli olivi e dei cipressi.
La piscina ubicata accanto all’abitazione, è immersa nel verde del prato e degli olivi e  talvolta è utilizzata anche dal proprietario.
I proprietari vivono accanto alla casa. Uno di loro è quasi sempre presente qualora abbiate bisogno di aiuto od informazioni. Sono molto gentili ma consapevoli che gli ospiti apprezzano molto la privacy e la tranquillità. Se non volete far colazione o cenare all’ombra della querce di fronte al porticato del casale, potete usare il tavolo posto sul retro dell’abitazione: una terrazza sulla vallata e sul paese di Reggello.
L’abitazione si sviluppa su due piani. Vi si accede dal salotto con TV e da qui, per mezzo di una scala, si sale al primo piano dove si trovano il soggiorno con angolo cottura (con piastre elettriche) e camino. Da qui si accede alle tre camere da letto (due matrimoniali ed una con due letti singoli). Il bagno con doccia si trova a piano terra e vi si accede dal salotto.
Dalla sala oppure anche dal porticato si può accedere anche ad una stanza che viene usata per le colazioni e/o le cene: i proprietari, dietro il pagamento di un piccolo extra a persona, sono disponibili ad offrire ai loro ospiti questo tipo di servizi.
“La Tranquillità” è posta al centro di un’azienda agricola: i proprietari producono dell’ottimo vino, vin santo, olio extra vergine di oliva, miele e liquori aromatizzati. Prima di andare via acquistate qualche prodotto così una volta tornati a casa avrete la possibilità di ricordare con piacere le ottime giornate trascorse in questa abitazione sorseggiando un buon vino toscano….

 LA TRANQUILLITA' A farm house that the owners have intelligently refurbished during the years -  is on the top of a steep hill about two km from the village of Reggello.
As soon as  you get there, you will be overcome by the a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
Its very panoramic and sunny position (550 metres above sea level) gives guests a chance of spending very relaxing holidays. The garden is full of olive trees and cypresses.
The swimming pool, which is next to the house, is immersed in the green of the lawn and of the olive trees and is sometimes used also by the owners.
The owners live next the house. One of them is almost always there so, in case of need, he can  help you or give you information. They are very friendly but conscious that guests like their privacy and tranquillity. If you do not want to have meals under the shade of the oak trees in front of the porch of the farm, you can use the table at the back of the house where there is a terrace with a view over the valley and the village of Reggello.
The house has two floors. You have access to the house from the living-room (with sat-tv), where, by a flight of stairs, you can reach the first floor where there is the living room with a cooking area (with electrical hot plates) and a fireplace. From there, you get to the three bedrooms (two double and a twin-bedded one). The bathroom with a shower is on the ground floor and can be reached from the living-room.
From the billiard room, as well as from the porch, you can get to a room where you can have breakfast or dinner cooked by the owners, of course by paying an extra per person.
“La Tranquillità” is in the heart of a farm where the owners produce very good wine, “vinsanto”, extra-virgin olive oil, honey and aromatic liqueurs. Before leaving the place, buy some of their products so, when you get back home, you will remember the beautiful days spent in this house by sipping a good Tuscan wine……

 LA TRANQUILLITA' Auf der Spitze eines steilen Hügels, 2 km vom “Reggello” entfernt liegt “La Tranquillità“, ein Landhaus, das die Besitzer mit den Jahren schön renoviert haben.
Einmal eingekommen ist man von einem Gefühl von Ruhe und Frieden umgeben. Die sonnige Lage mit schöner Aussicht (550 m über Meeresniveau) bietet die Möglichkeit einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Garten ist sehr grün mit Olivenbäumen und Zypressen. Der im Grün der Wiese und der Olivenbäumen eingebettete Pool liegt neben dem Haus und wird auch von den  Besitzern benutzt.
Die Besitzer wohnen neben dem Haus: Einer von ihnen ist fast immer da, falls die Gäste Hilfe oder Auskünfte benötigen. Sie sind sehr nett und haben viel Respekt vor der Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.
Man kann im Schatten der Eiche gegenüber der überdachten Terrasse des Hauses frühstücken oder Abend essen oder man kann den Tisch auf der hinteren Seite benutzen, an dem man sich wie auf einer Terrasse über dem Tal mit Blick auf das Dorf Reggello fühlt.
Das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke. Man kommt hinein durch das Wohnzimmer (mit Sat-tv) und von hier aus über eine Treppe in dem ersten Stock, wo sich das Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke (elektrische Platten) und Kamin befindet. Aus dem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke kommt man in die drei Schlafzimmer (zwei Doppelbettzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer). Das Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und man erreicht es aus das Wohnzimmer. Von diesem oder auch von der überdachten Terrasse aus kommt man in ein Zimmer, das zum Frühstücken oder Abend essen benutzt wird: Die Besitzer bieten gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis diesen Service an.
„LaTranquillità“ befindet sich in der Mitte eines landwirtschaftlichen Guts. Die Besitzer stellen einen sehr guten Wein her, Vin Santo, Olivenöl extra vergine, Honig und aromatisierte Liköre. Wenn Sie vor der Rückfahrt davon etwas kaufen werden diese Produkte in der Heimat die Erinnerung an die wunderschönen Tage wecken, die Sie in diesem Haus verbracht haben.
