Castiglione della Pescaia è lo scenario più bello, che si possa desiderare per una vacanza al mare. La città in basso è industriosa e piena di affari, hotel e case per le vacanze. Di pomeriggio verso le 16.00 il pescatore torna dal mare e vende direttamente al porto vecchio la sua pesca. Il centro storico della città, la città in alto, è ancora circondata da un'integra cinta muraria. I vicoli sono stretti e tortuosi e si insinuano fra le caratteristiche case in pietra restaurate con cura. Dai romantico Castello si ha una vista da sogno, nei giorni chiari perfino fino alla Corsica. Questo carino appartamento è una possibilità per gustare il mare e ciò nonostante con tutta la tranquillità della vita in campagna. Si trova vicino al paesino di Buriano soli 13 Km da Castiglione della Pescaia, in un grande parco recintato. Le stanze si raggiungono per mezzo di una scala esterna. A dritto il bagno, a sinistra la spaziosa cucina abitabile con lavastoviglie, zona pranzo e piccola zona relax. A sinistra vi è una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Poi si raggiunge il soggiorno ed accanto è una camera da letto più grande per due persone. Nel soggiorno c'è anche un divano letto a due piazze in più, così da usare questo spazio, in caso di bisogno, come camera da letto. Come già detto, nella cucina c'è già spazio abbondante per viverci comodamente anche se il soggiorno dovesse essere usato come stanza da letto. Sul prato verde dietro la casa sono posizionati gli arredi da giardino e sorge una piscina che invita al divertimento. Si può scegliere così fra la spiaggia sabbiosa di Castiglione o la campagna idillica intorno alla casa, lontani da preoccupazioni e confusione. Semplicemente un modo per nutrire l'anima di serenità ed essere felici.

 Casrtiglione della Pescaia, beautiful small town on the sea, is the perfect place for a perfect holiday! The town downhill is busy and full of hotels and holiday flats. In the afternoons, about 16.00, fishermen get back from the sea and sell their fish right in the port stalls. The historical town center, which is on top of a hill, is still surrounded by perfectly preserved medieval walls. The streets are narrow and winding and run among the characteristic stone houses which have been accurately restored. The romantic castle can be seen even from Corsica on a sunny day! This nice flat gives you a chance of enjoying the sea and the countryside at the same time. It is located near the village of Buriano which is only 13 km from Castiglione. The flat is surrounded by a large, fenced piece of land. An external staircase leads to the rooms. Straight on you can see the bathroom and, on the left, the kitchen (with a dishwasher), which is large enough to allow you to take your meals there. There is also a dining room and a small room where you can relax. Next to this room there is a double bedroom. The living room is next to another double bedroom which is quite large. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room for two more people in case of need. There is some garden furniture and a pool on the green lawn at the back of the house. You can therefore choose between the sandy beach of Castiglione and the idyllic countryside around the house, far from your worries and the noise and fuss of city life. You can relax both your body and soul here and feel happy.

 Das reizende Küstenstädtchen Castiglione della Pescaia ist die schönste Kulisse, die man sich für einen Urlaub am Meer vorstellen kann. Die Unterstadt ist betriebsam, voller Geschäfte, Hotels und Ferienhäuser. Nachmittags gegen 16.00 Uhr kommen die Fischer vom Meer zurück und verkaufen direkt am alten Hafen ihren Fang. Der historische Stadtkern, die Oberstadt, ist von einem noch intaktem Mauerring umgeben. Die Gassen sind eng und winkelig zwischen den liebevoll restaurierten uralten grauen Steinhäusern. Vom romantischen Castello hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick, an klaren Tagen sogar bis nach Korsika. Dieses nette Feriendomizil ist eine Möglichkeit das Meer zu genießen und trotzdem in aller Ruhe "auf dem Lande" zu wohnen. Es liegt nahe dem Dörfchen Buriano und nur 13 km von Castiglione della Pescaia entfernt. Es ist von einem großen, eingezäunten Grundstück umgeben. Die Wohnräume erreicht man über eine Außentreppe. Geradeaus geht es ins Bad. Links kommt man in die geräumige Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, Essplatz und einer kleinen Plauderecke mit Couch und Sessel. Links davon ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett. Dann geht es weiter ins Wohnzimmer und daneben liegt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen. Im Wohnzimmer steht auch noch eine Doppelbettcouch, so dass man diesen Raum bei Bedarf als weiteres Schlafzimmer nutzen könnte. Wie oben beschrieben, ist in der Küche reichlich Platz und sie ist recht gemütlich, so dass das Wohnzimmer sicher nicht fehlt. Auf der grünen Wiese hinter dem Haus stehen Gartenmöbel und ein Schwimmbad lädt zum Badespass. So kann man wählen zwischen verlockenden Sandstränden in Castiglione d. P. oder ländlicher Idylle am Haus, fernab von jedem Trubel, einfach so - die Seele baumeln lassen und "nur" glücklich sein.
