 Le Puscine è un grande casale di pietra naturale (vicino a Montelaterone) che è stato accuratamente ristrutturato nel 2002. E’ costituito da un appartamento grande, 6 piccoli ed una dependance, tutti con un proprio ingresso dal giardino.
L’appartamento grande ha tre camere da letto, due bagni, camino e cucina. Gli appartamenti piccoli hanno ciascuno una stanza per dormire con due (se si desiderano tre) letti, parzialmente con angolo cottura e bagno. Due appartamenti (Monte Aquilana e Monte Bucceto) sono accessibili con la sedia a rotelle. Gli appartamenti senza angolo cottura hanno un frigorifero e una macchina del caffè. Gli appartamenti sono arredati adeguatamente.
Le Puscine dispone di una pista per giocare a bocce, un parco giochi per bambini e una stanza comune con SAT-TV. C``e inoltre a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti una lavatrice. Ma cosa sarebbe una vacanza senza piscina! Naturalmente c’è una piscina (6x14 m) con sdraio.
Una stanza con un forno funzionante per cuocere il pane e due barbecue sono un’integrazione per le piccole cucine.
Per i caldi giorni estivi o anche per i giorni di pioggia, gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un grande rimessa da poco ristrutturata con tavoli e sedie di legno.
Intorno alla casa, sulle terrazze o vicino alla piscina ci sono mobili da giardino e sdraio, dove fare per es. colazione, per rilassarsi, leggere….
La proprietà è chiusa da un cancello, dietro al quale si trovano i posti macchina. Il proprietario è molto disponibile. In caso di necessità può essere aggiunto gratuitamente una culla o un letto supplementare.
MONTE AMIATA 7 Questo è l’appartamento più grande. Ha tre camere da letto e due bagni. Il soggiorno con camino aperto, pavimento di mattoni e travi di legno al soffitto tipicamente toscani. A destra si trova una cucina in muratura, in mezzo – come è tipico in Italia – il tavolo per mangiare e davanti al camino ci sono delle comode poltrone dove trascorrere una piacevole serata chiacchierando. Fuori, di fronte alla porta d’ingresso c’è il posto per sedersi. La presenza di un vecchio forno per cuocere il pane crea una bella atmosfera. Funziona, ma non è facile da usare, ci vuole un po’ d’esperienza.
MONTE AQUILAIA 1 – MONTE LEONI 4 – MONTE LABRO 6 - MONTE CALVO 2 – MONTE ROTONDO 3 – MONTE BUCCETO 5
Nell’edificio principale ci sono 6 piccoli appartamenti con stanza per dormire e bagno. Tre di questi (Monte Aquilana 1, Monte Leoni 4, Monte Labro 6) dispongono di un angolo cottura. In tutti sono presenti frigorifero e macchina del caffè per potersi preparare la colazione o dei piccoli pasti, a disposizione degli ospiti ci sono inoltre dei barbecue.
Due degli appartamenti sono anche accessibili con la sedia a rotelle. Ogni appartamento dispone di un posto per sedersi all’aperto.
Gli appartamenti Monte Bucceto 5 e Monte Labro 6, di fronte alla porta d’ingresso, hanno un portico, dove si può stare comodamente seduti anche quando piove o godere dell’ombra nelle calde giornate estive.
Per gli appartamenti posti sul davanti (Monte Aquilana 1, Monte Calvo 2, Monte Rotondo 3, Monte Leoni 4) il portico si trova di fronte all’ingresso, in una rimessa, che da un lato (quello verso la casa) è aperta.
Gli appartamenti Monte Rotondo 3 e Monte Leoni 4 possono essere affittati insieme poiché sono collegati da una porta che in caso di necessità può essere aperta.
MONTE BIANCO 8 Questa è una piccola casetta isolata, recintata e con giardino proprio. Dalla terrazza si arriva al piccolo soggiorno. Da un lato c’è la cucina in muratura e dall’altro un divano letto matrimoniale e in mezzo il tavolo per mangiare. Da qui si accede alla camera da letto matrimoniale e a sinistra c’è il bagno. Un piccolo regno in una grande proprietà. |

 LE PUSCINE Le Puscine is a large stone country house (near Montelaterone) which was accurately refurbished in 2002. It has got a large flat, six smaller flats and an annexe, all with an independent entrance in the garden.
The large flat has got three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and a kitchen. The six smaller flats have got a bedroom each, with two (or three, if you want) twin beds; some of them have cooking facilities and all of them a bathroom. Two flats (Monte Aquilana and Monte Bucceto) are reachable with a wheeling chair. The flats which have no cooking facilities, have got a fridge and a coffee machine. The flats are adequately furnished.
Le Puscine has got a bowling green, a recreation ground for children and a common room with SAT TV. The guests can share a washing machine too. A holiday without a swimming pool would not be a real holiday! Therefore you will have a pool at your disposal (6 x 14) with deck chairs.
There is also a room, with an oven to bake bread and two Bar-B-Q’s, which is helpful for the flats with the small kitchens.
A large shed can be shared by guests when the sun is very hot or when it rains. This room has been recently refurbished and is equipped with tables and wooden chairs.
Around the house, on the balconies, or near the pool, there is some garden furniture which allows you to relax, read the paper or have breakfast.
The property has got a gate, behind which there is a parking area for cars. The owner is very friendly.
A cradle or an extra bed can be added in case of need.
MONTE AMIATA 7 This is the larger flat. It has got three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the living room there is an open fireplace, a terracotta tile floor and a typically Tuscan wooden beam ceiling. The built-in stone kitchen is on the left, with a table in the middle of the room and comfortable armchairs in front of the fireplace, where you can sit and chat. Outside, in front of the entrance door, there is an area where you can sit and relax. The presence of an old oven to bake bread creates a very special ambience. It works, although it is not easy to use. You need a little experience.
MONTE AQUILAIA 1 – MONTE LEONI 4 – MONTE LABRO 6 – MONTE CALVO 2 – MONTEROTONDO 3 – MONTE BUCCETO 5 In the main building there are three small flats with a bedroom and a bathroom. Three of them (Monte Aquilana 1, Monte Leoni 4, and Monte Labro 6) have got cooking facilities too. All the flats have got a fridge and a coffee machine to make breakfast or small meals. Guests can also use two Bar-B-Q’s. Each flat has got a place outside where guests can sit and relax.
Monte Bucceto 5 and Monte Labro 6 have a porch in front of the entrance door where guests can sit when it rains or when the sun is too hot in the summer days.
All the flats at the front of the house (Monte Aquilana 1, Monte Calvo 2, Monte Rotondo 3 and Monte Leoni 4) have got a porch in a shed in front of the entrance door. This shed is open on the side facing the building.
Monte Rotondo 3 and Monte Leoni 4 can be rented together as they are connected by a door which can be left open in case of need.
MONTE BIANCO 8 This is a small isolated house with its own fenced garden. From the balcony you can get to the small living room. On one side of the room, there is a built-in stone kitchen. On the other, there is a large sofa bed. In the middle of the room there is a table which guests can use to take meals. From the living room you get to the double bedroom. The bathroom is on the left. This house is a little kingdom in a large property! |

 LE PUSCINE Le Puscine ist ein großes Bauernhaus aus Natursteinen (bei Montelaterone), das 2002 liebevoll renoviert wurde. Es ist in eine große, sechs kleine Wohnungen und ein Nebengebäude aufgeteilt, alle mit eigenem Eingang vom Garten her (Hanglage).
Die große Wohnung hat drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder mit offenem Kamin und Küchenzeile. Die kleinen Appartements haben jeweils einen Schlafraum mit zwei (auf Wunsch drei) Betten, teilweise Kochecke und Bad. Zwei davon (Monte Aquilaia und Monte Bucceto) sind für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Die Appartements ohne Kochecke haben aber auch einen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnungen sind ansprechend eingerichtet.
Zum Le Puscine gehört ein Swimmingpool, eine Bocciabahn, ein Kinderspielplatz und ein kleiner Gemeinschaftsraum mit SAT-TV. Eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Benutzung steht auch zur Verfügung. Aber was wären Ferien ohne Pool? Natürlich gibt es einen Pool (6x14m) und rundherum Sonnenliegen. Ein kleines Backhaus mit funktionierendem Brotbackofen und zwei Gartengrills sind eine Ergänzung zu den kleinen Küchen.
Für heiße Sommertage – vielleicht auch für einen Regentag steht den Gästen noch eine große, ebenfalls renovierte Remise mit Holztischen und Stühlen zur Verfügung. Rund ums Haus, auf den Terrassen und am Schwimmbecken finden sich viele Gartenmöbel und Liegen, z. B. zum Frühstücken, Ausspannen, Lesen, Genießen und Wohl fühlen. Das Grundstück wird durch ein Tor geschlossen, dahinter sind gleich die Parkplätze. Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht um seine Gäste. Bei Bedarf wird auch kostenlos ein weiteres Kinder- oder Zusatzbett gestellt.
Monte Amiata (7) Das ist die größte der Wohnungen. Sie hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Der Wohnraum mit seinem offenen Kamin, Ziegelfußböden und Holzbalkendecken typisch toskanisch. Rechts ist eine gemauerte Küchenzeile, in der Mitte – wie in Italien üblich – der Esstisch und vor dem Kamin stehen gemütliche Sessel, eine Einladung für lange Plauderstunden an Kaminabenden. Draußen, gegenüber der Eingangstüre ist ein eigener Sitzplatz. Ein alter Brotbackofen sorgt für ein schönes Ambiente. Er funktioniert zwar, aber darin zu backen ist gar nicht so einfach, dazu braucht man Erfahrung.
Monte Aquilaia (1) - Monte Leoni (4) - Monte Labro (6) - Monte Calvo (2) - Monte Rotondo (3)- Monte Bucceto (5) Im Haupthaus gibt es noch 6 kleine Wohnungen mit je einem Schlafraum und Badezimmer. Drei davon (Monte Aquilaia 1- Monte Leoni 4- Monte Labro 6) haben Kochecke, aber auch in allen anderen steht ein Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine, so dass man Frühstück und kleiner Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten kann, denn auf dem Grundstück stehen auch noch Gartengrills für die Gäste bereit. Zwei der Wohnungen sind rollstuhlgerecht und jede hat einen eigenen Sitzplatz. Monte Labro 5 und Monte Bucceto 6 direkt vor der Eingangstüre unter einem Porticato, wo man auch bei Regenwetter bequem sitzt oder schön im Schatten an heißen Sommertagen. Für die Wohnungen auf der Vorderseite, also Monte Aquilaia 1- Monte Calvo 2- Monte Rotondo 3- Monte Leoni 4 ist der Sitzplatz Visavis vom Eingang, in einer Remise, die auf einer Seite – zum Haus hin – geöffnet ist. Die Wohnungen Monte Rotondo 3 und Monte Leoni 4 können als eine Einheit vermietet werden, denn sie sind durch eine Innentüre verbunden, die bei Bedarf geöffnet wird.
Monte Bianco (8) Das ist ein kleines, separates Häuschen, eingezäunt und mit eigenem Gartenbereich. Von der Terrasse kommt man zuerst in den kleinen Wohnraum. Auf der einen Seite ist eine gemauerte Küchenzeile, auf der anderen einen Doppelbettcouch und in der Mitte der Essplatz. Von da kommt man in das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und links davon in das Badezimmer. Ein eigenes kleines Reich im großen Anwesen. |
