VILLA IL MOLINACCIO Questa bellissima antica villa è qualcosa di davvero particolare e si trova di rado in un catalogo. Si trova nel cuore della Maremma solo ca. 15 Km dal mare e da Grosseto. Un parco con vecchi alberi la circonda. Il tutto offre un ambiente straordinario per riposarsi. Un piccolo ruscello attraversa il terreno e in alto su un'altura dietro la casa si trova la piscina (6x12). La piccola strada di campagna che porta alla Villa Molinaccio termina qui. E' un oasi della pace e dell'armonia, un paradiso creato per il relax. E' tutto un altro mondo con magica atmosfera. Al cancello sarete accolti da due bellissimi pastori maremmani, Elly e Carlotta. Essi vivono qui, ragion per cui non è possibile portare altri cani. Ora vi descriviamo entrambi gli appartamenti, i cui nomi sanno già di magia e favola: il Folletto, la Fata, l'elfo. Sono tutti arredati con antichi mobili, tappeti originali e antichi quadri che rendono il tutto ancora più magico.

L'Elfo E' l'abitazione da poco realizzata. Si trova alle spalle della Villa Molinaccio. Il luogo è meraviglioso: in prossimità del ruscello, a pochi passi dal bosco e in una posizione veramente molto più tranquilla degli altri due appartamenti. Potrete parcheggiare la vostra auto nei pressi della casa in tutta tranquillità. Potete stare comodamente all'aperto ed all'ombra durante la colazione o per trascorrere una serata a lume di candela sotto le stelle lasciandovi cullare dal dolce suono dei grilli e del bosco. All'interno l'appartamento dispone di un ampio soggiorno con divani e camino. La cucina è posta sul lato opposto ed è munita di tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigorifero, congelatore, forno). Il reparto notte è composto da due camere da letto e da due bagni con doccia. E' inutile dire che l'arredamento e lo stile architettonico è molto ben curato ed elegante.

In un altro lato della casa, a sinistra, un po' al di sotto, abitano i proprietari. Trascorrono qui tuttavia soltanto una parte dell'anno. Per dirla in breve: Bud Spencer è il vostro vicino, se volete passare qui le vostre vacanze. Ha acquistato una tenuta e produce vino per passione. La Villa Molinaccio è una casa di benessere e mantiene ciò che promette. E' un'offerta affascinante.

 VILLA MOLINACCIO This very old villa is really something special and can be rarely found in a catalogue. It is located in the heart of the Maremma, in Tuscany, and is only 15 Km from the sea. It is surrounded by a park with very old trees. It is the ideal place to relax. The park is crossed by a stream and the swimming pool is on a small hill at the back of the house. The narrow country road that leads to the house ends there. It is an oasis of peace and harmony, an Eden to relax and be happy. Two beautiful Maremma shepherd dogs - Elli and Carlotta - will welcome you at the main gate when you arrive. They live there, therefore people are not allowed to take their own dogs. The two magic flats - that also have magic names: Folletto and Fata - are furnished with beautiful antiques, including original old carpets and old paintings that make the flats really unique and incredibly elegant.

L'Elfo This flat has been refurbished recently. It is at the back of Villa Molinaccio. It is a fantastic flat, next to a stream and to a wood, in a much quieter position than the other two flats. You will be able to park your car next to the house without any problems. You will also be able to sit in the open air, in the shadow, and take your breakfast, or spend your evenings by candlelight, under a starry sky, being lulled by the noises of the wood and by the singing of the crickets. The flat has got a large living room with a fireplace and sofas. The kitchen is on the other side, and has got all the necessary equipment (a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer and an oven). There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms both with a shower. It goes without saying that the architectural style of the flat and its furniture are very accurate and elegant.

The owners live in another flat, on the left side of the house. However, they spend there only part of the year. Your neighbour is Bud Spencer, a famous Italian film star who has bought a farm nearby where he makes wine as a hobby. Villa Molinaccio is a fascinating luxury house, so you will not be disappointed!

 VILLA MOLINACCIO Diese wunderschöne, alte Villa ist etwas ganz Besonderes, ein Angebot, wie man es höchst selten in einem Katalog findet. Sie liegt in einer zentralen Zone der Maremma, nur ca. 15 km vom Meer und Grosseto entfernt. Ein Park mit altem Baumbestand umgibt sie, mit einladenden Plätzchen zum Verweilen, um diese stille Beschaulichkeit und Schönheit ringsum zu genießen. Ein kleiner Bach durchzieht das Grundstück und oben, auf einer Anhöhe hinter dem Haus, liegt der Pool (6x12). Der kleine Feldweg, der zur Villa Molinaccio führt, endet hier. Es ist eine Oase der Stille und Harmonie, ein Paradies wie geschaffen, um vom hektischen Alltag Abstand zu bekommen. Man taucht hier in eine andere Welt ein und auch Sie werden die magische Ausstrahlung vom ersten Augenblick an spüren. Am Tor werden sie von zwei wunderschönen Maremmahunden begrüßt, Elli und Charlotta, lammfromm und voll Freude über Gäste, die etwas Abwechslung für sie bedeuten. Sie sind aber auch der Grund, weshalb hier leider keine Hunde mitgebracht werden können. Nun möchten wir Ihnen die beiden Wohnungen beschreiben, deren Namen alleine schon viel über die märchenhafte Atmosphäre hier aussagen. Die Wohnungen sind "La Fata" heißt übersetzt "Die Fee", "Il Folletto". "L'Elfo" sind zwei liebe, kleine Waldzwerge. Die Wohnungen sind exquisit mit antiken Möbeln, echten Teppichen und alten Gemälden ausgestattet, der richtige Rahmen für bezaubernde, unvergessliche Ferientage.

L'Elfo Diese Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem fertiggestellt. Sie befindet sich hinter der Villa Molinaccio. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort: In der Nähe des Baches, wenige Schritte vom Wald entfernt und in einer wirklich sehr viel ruhigeren Lage als die beiden anderen Apartments. Sie können Ihren Wagen in aller Ruhe in der Nähe des Hauses parken. Sie können bequem im Freien im Schatten frühstücken oder einen Abend bei Kerzenschein unter den Sternen verbringen und sich vom Zirpen der Grillen und den Geräuschen des Waldes davontragen lassen. Das Apartment verfügt über einen großen Wohnbereich mit Sofas und Kamin. Die Küche liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite und ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Ofen). Der Schlafbereich besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und aus zwei Bädern mit Dusche. Es erübrigt sich darauf hinzuweisen, daß der Stil des Apartments und die Einrichtung sehr gepflegt und elegant sind.

In einem anderen Hausteil, links, etwas unterhalb, wohnen die Besitzer. Sie verbringen aber nur einen Teil des Jahres hier. Im übrigen: Bud Spencer ist Ihr Nachbar, wenn Sie hier Ihre Urlaubstage verbringen. Er hat sich ein Gut gekauft und ist Weinbauer aus Passion. Die Villa Molinaccio ist ein Wohlfühlhaus und hält, was sie verspricht. Sie ist ein faszinierendes Angebot.
