RIVA MARE-LEA & RIVA MARE-LUCIA Entrambe questi appartamenti si trovano in una zona carina di Castiglione della Pescaia. Fino al mare sono ca. 800 m, per il centro 600 m. Appartengono a due sorelle e sono così costruite che è possibile raggiungerle anche dal retro accanto all’ingresso principale per una terrazza della corte interna e sono dunque ideali per famiglie amiche con bambini. I due appartamenti sono al piano terra e hanno ciascuno un proprio posto auto. I piccoli giardini sono recintati da una fitta rete. Da questi si arriva ad una terrazza coperta arredata con mobili da giardino. In un armadio a muro è inserita una lavatrice. Il soggiorno arredato in maniera carina ha una perfetta cucina nella quale possono mangiare fino a 4 persone. Entrambe gli appartamenti hanno un bagno, una camera con letto matrimoniale e una piccola camerina. La camerina di Lea ha due letti singoli, mentre quella di Lucia ha un letto a una piazza con sotto un letto a scomparsa.

 RIVA MARE-LEA & RIVA MARE-LUCIA Both these flats - owned by two sisters - are located in a nice area of Castiglione della Pescaia. They are 800 metres from the beach and 600 from the town centre. They are perfect for two families of friends who have children. Both flats - on the ground floor and with a back entrance from the courtyard - have a parking place. The two small gardens are enclosed by a thick net. They lead to a large roofed terrace which is furnished with garden furniture. The washing machine is in an in-built cupboard. Both flats have a living room - nicely furnished too - and a kitchen where 4 people can comfortably dine. They also have a double bedroom, a single one (where two people can be put up) and a bathroom. Lea's single room has got two twin beds, while Lucia's has got a single bed that, when necessary, can be turned into a double one.

 RIVA MARE-LEA & RIVA MARE-LUCIA Diese beiden Ferienwohnungen liegen in einer netten Wohngegend von Castiglione della Pescaia. Zum Meer sind es ca. 800 m, zur Altstadt 600 m. Sie gehören zwei Schwestern und sind so gebaut, dass man sie neben dem Haupteingang über die Terrasse auch an der Rückseite über einen Innenhof erreichen kann, also ideal für befreundete Familien mit Kindern. Beide Wohnungen liegen im Erdgeschoss und haben jeweils einen eigenen Autoabstellplatz. Die kleinen Gärten sind von einer dichten Hecke umgeben und eingezäunt. Von da kommt man auf die große, überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. In einem Wandschrank ist hier auch jeweils die Waschmaschine untergebracht. Der hübsch möblierte Wohnraum hat eine perfekte Küchenzeile, so dass hier auch 4 Personen essen können. Beide Wohnungen haben ein Bad, ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Bei Lea sind es zwei Betten, bei Lucia ein Bett, das zum Doppelbett ausziehbar ist.
