POSIZIONE DA SOGNO - VISTA DA SOGNO = VACANZA DA SOGNO Tutti noi sogniamo di vivere al mare: il mormorio delle onde, il vento fresco e salmastro, la spiaggia, la casa inondata di luce, paesaggio idillico.... Villa Ilex soddisfa tutte queste premesse. Si trova, circondata dalla vegetazione mediterranea, su una piccola baia incantevole (Cala del Gesso). L'appezzamento sul quale sorge la villa è recintato e coltivato con ulivi. Qualche anno fa la villa era un'unica grande abitazione. I proprietari hanno poi deciso di dividerla in due abitazioni indipendenti: ciascuna con il proprio giardino, con il proprio ingresso e posteggio. La più grande "Stella" dispone di un giardino più ampio rispetto all'altra villa "Luna", mentre quest'ultima gode di una vista ancora più straordinaria sul mare, sulla baia sottostante, che è incorniciata dalla scogliera, dall'antica torre saracena e dall'isolotto "Argentarola". Alla spiaggia, che dista soltanto ca. 500m a piedi, possono accedere gli ospiti di Villa Ilex, i proprietari delle altre sei ville circostanti ed i pochi che sono a conoscenza del passaggio pedonale per raggiungere la baia.

Stella Con i suoi 95 mq è la villa più grande e può ospitare 6 persone. L'ampio giardino, costellato da piante di ulivo e Bouganvillae, permette di posteggiare anche due auto. L'ampio porticato vi offrirà la possibilità di mangiare o sorseggiare un buon vino italiano all'aperto a lume di candela durante le notti estive. Dal porticato si può accedere ad una delle camere con due letti singoli. Alla fine del porticato vi è l'ingresso che dà su un grande soggiorno a due livelli. Il soggiorno include la sala da pranzo ed una meravigliosa vetrata, affiancata al camino, da cui si può godere della vista del giardino e del mare. Dal soggiorno, un disimpegno conduce alla cucina, fornita di un grande frigo, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ad un locale dispensa-ripostiglio, alla camera matrimoniale ed al primo dei due bagni con doccia. Dal disimpegno, uscendo sul retro della casa, si accede ad un secondo disimpegno, che porta alle altre 2 camere da letto: una con il letto a castello ed una doppia (quella da cui si accede anche dal porticato), così come al secondo bagno con doccia.


L'arredo delle due ville è molto semplice ma funzionale. Una vacanza qui è veramente rilassante.

 A DREAM LOCATION - A DREAM VIEW - A DREAM HOLIDAY We all dream of living near the sea with the noise of the waves, the salty, fresh wind, the beach, the house flooded with the sunlight, the idyllic landscape…. Villa Ilex fulfils all your dreams. It is set along a lovely bay (Cala del Gesso) and surrounded by a Mediterranean wood. The area on which Villa Ilex was built, is fenced and full of olive trees. Some years ago the villa was a whole, big house. The owners then decided to divide it into two independent smaller villas, each with its own garden, its own entrance and parking lot. The biggest villa, Stella, has a lager garden than Luna, but the latter has a better view on the sea, on the bay below which is lined by the rocks, by the old Saracen tower and by the small island of "Argentarola". The beach - which is only 500 meters away - can be reached on foot and can be used by the Villa Ilex guests, by the owners of the other six villas near it and by the very few people who know the narrow passageway that leads to the bay.

Stella With its 95 sq m it can host 6 people. In its large garden, full of Bouganvillae and olive trees, you can also park two cars. The large porch gives you a chance of taking your meals in the open or sip a good Italian wine in the candle light in the hot summer nights. From the porch you reach one of the twin bed rooms. At the end of the porch you will find the villa front door which opens onto a two level living room with a dining room and a beautiful glass wall, next to the fireplace, from which you can enjoy the view of the garden and of the sea. A narrow corridor lead you to the kitchen - which has a big fridge, a washing machine, and a dishwasher - to a pantry-closet, to the double bedroom and to the first bathroom with a shower. From another small corridor, at the back of the house, you get to the two other bedrooms - one with a bunk bed and one with a large bed (the one you can reach also by the porch) - and to another bathroom with a shower.

The fornitures are simple, however an holiday in one of these two villas is very relaxing.

TRAUMLAGE - TRAUMBLICK = TRAUMURLAUB Wir alle träumen davon am Meer zu leben: Das Rauschen der Wellen, der frische, salzige Wind, Strand, lichtdurchflutetes Haus, idyllisch gelegen....
Die Villa Ilex erfüllt all diese Voraussetzungen. Sie liegt, umgeben von südlicher Vegetation, in einer zauberhaften kleinen Bucht (Cala del Gesso). Das Grundstück auf dem die Villa steht ist eingezäunt und mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzt. Bis vor einigen Jahren war die Villa eine große Einheit. Die Besitzer haben sich dann entschlossen sie in 2 unabhängige Wohnungen zu unterteilen: Jede mit eigenem Garten, mit eigenem Eingang und Parkplatz.
Die größere Wohnung "Stella" verfügt über einen größeren Garten als die Wohnung "Luna", welche dafür einen noch berauschenderen Blick auf das Meer bietet, auf die darrunterliegende Bucht, die eingerahmt wird von den Klippen, dem antiken Sarazenenturm und von der Insel "Argentarola".
Zum Strand in ca. 500m Entfernung zu Fuß können die Gäste der Villa Ilex, die Besitzer der sechs anderen Villen und wenige Andere, die den Fußweg zur Bucht kennen.

Stella Mit ihren 95 qm ist sie die größere Wohnung und kann bis 6 Personen aufnehmen. Im großen, mit Olivenbäumen und Bougainvilleen bestandenen, Garten können auch zwei Autos parken. Die weite überdachte Terrasse bietet die Möglichkeit zum Essen oder einen guten italienischen Wein im Freien bei Kerzenlicht in den Sommernächten zu genießen. Vom der Terrasse aus kommt man in eines der Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Am Ende der Terrasse befindet sich der Eingang, der in einen Wohnbereich auf zwei Ebenen führt. Das Wohnzimmer besteht aus dem Essbereich mit einer wunderschönen Glasfront, neben dem Kamin, von der aus man den Blick auf den Garten und das Meer genießen kann. Vom Wohnzimmer geht es über einen Durchgangsraum in die Küche, die mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ausgerüstet ist, in den Abstellraum, zum Doppelzimmer und zum ersten von zwei Bädern mit Dusche. Vom Durchgangsraum, wenn man nach hinten geht, kommt man zu einem weiteren Durchgangsraum, der zu zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern führt: Eines mit Stockbett und eines mit Doppelbett (in welches man auch von der Terrasse aus kommt), sowie zum zweiten Bad mit Dusche.

Die Einrichtung der zwei Villen ist sehr einfach aber funktionell. Ein Urlaub hier ist wirklich entspannend.
